The staff is very friendly and they listen to your concerns. They care about the well-being of the animal.On Apr 19,2021 we had to say good bye to our beloved Baylee. The staff was so compassionate. It was a hard day and they helped. And last week we received a card and prints of her paw. It meant a lot to us. Thank you Dr Sarah and Dr Paige and all the staff for the wonderful care and service!

When my kitten passed away, the staff were quick to give condolences and let us have a moment alone with our beloved baby. The vet was amazing with my bigger boy and he looked and felt amazing after his surgery! Would definitely recommend them!!

This place will love your animals as much as you do, and care for them even better! They helped me so much through the passing of my dog, there compassion was incredible! I now take my two new dogs to SARAH who is an amazing vet and understand how hard it was for me to lose my other dog. She is compassionate and caring and will listen to my million questions because I’m scared I’m doing something wrong! I 100% recommended this place to everyone!

I have so many wonderful things to say about the technicians and veterinarian here. They were kind, knowledgeable and very thorough when examining my cat. They were able to get me in on short notice and provided exceptional care to my grumpy boy. I am so grateful to have found a team in the southwest that genuinely care about their patients. Definitely our new vet.❤️

My dog had three puppies Wed. All seemed well. Thur noon she quit eating, and had diarrhea. Fri morning I took her to the Associate vet clinic. By 4:00 they had to do an emergency spay to get rid of infection. I felt well informed and part of the decision making team. I was stressed and exhausted, staff were able to respect that and help me through this process. Sassy had excellent care and I'm very happy to say she is doing well and back caring for her puppies.

Every staff member I dealt with was warm and caring. The receptionist took the time to check back in with me to see if I wanted an opening that became available. The vet accurately diagnosed my dog's issue without any additional follow up testing (easily could've ordered scans/tests/etc when not required in this case). Thoroughly explained what the condition was and how to treat it. I am so grateful for the care my dog received. THANK YOU ❤️
