This was by far the worst business experience I’ve ever had. Not the whole branch just one person. She is unprofessional and abusive. Dealt with Scotiabank for well over 20 years and had a great relationship until this spring. The experience was so bad I’m even nervous leaving a review but people need to know.Be careful there are some serious problems with an employee here. Can you imagine being yelled at and hung up on several times by a person who is supposed to be professional? Pathetic.We have now removed our banking from Scotiabank and I’ve sought out legal help.
