Reception is not good at all. They can't get things right and can't even do the basics of providing receipts when they are supposed to. They also have a really bad cancellation policy. They expect you to work within their terms and don't care about their customers or understand what a good customer experience is. They keep selling you supplements and you're not sure whether you even need it which is really not good...though you don't know what is really true. It takes a REALLY long time to get responses from the doctors and you have to continually chase them to get a response. The doctors are not specific when giving out info to clients which means you have to email them if you want answers and then wait and wait and wait and not get a response. Their cancellation policy is bad as you have to remember which sat they are closed. Sad as they are unwilling to listen to client feedback and change. really poor.

I had the pleasure of receiving both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Naturopathic care for many years from Dr. Lawrence Chan and Dr. Karen Lam at Integrative Naturopathic Medical Centre. Although it took me some time to write this review, I'm thrilled to finally share my experience.Upon entering the clinic, I immediately felt at ease and welcomed. Both Dr. Chan and Dr. Lam took the time to attentively listen to my concerns and understand my health history, which instilled confidence in their expertise. Their gentle yet effective treatments, including acupuncture and chiropractic care, were customized to my specific needs, and I noticed significant improvements in my overall health and well-being after just a few visits.One of the most admirable qualities of Dr. Chan and Dr. Lam is their extensive knowledge and willingness to explain the details of their treatments. I had my first appointment with Dr Lawrence Chan in December 2016. I was looking for a solution to my ongoing back problem which I suffered with for over 2 years. During this time I had spent countless hours going to Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, and Fitness Trainers but the problem persisted. Even Pilates did not improve my back. To avoid back spasms, I took 800 mg of Advil just to get through a round of golf, however this didn't always work as I often found myself back in the Chiropractor's office.I thought the problem was lack of muscle strength but Dr Chan diagnosed it as weak ligaments that no longer supported my lower back and hips. He recommended prolotherapy treatments to strengthen these ligaments. To date, I have had 8 sessions and there has been a remarkable improvement in my back. I no longer experience spasms or need to take Advil when I golf. My stability and balance is better than it has been in years.After years seeking help for my back, my back problem has finally been resolved. Thank you Dr Chan.

This is one of the worst clinics if you actually want to improve your condition. I booked 3 months in advance just to see the doctor for July 2021. Right now it's November and I still haven't been able to see him for the second time because they are always fully booked months in advance. (I did book in advance but they cancelled my appointment on that day after waiting months because he was taking that day off all of a sudden).If you want to take 20 years to fix your condition, then feel free to come to this clinic. This clinic takes forever for anything and when I asked for a refund because I spent so much money without getting any feedback on my condition, they simply said that it's not possible. I'm not sure why they have such high reviews.

I've been seeing Dr.Posen for about a year now. I see him as regularly as I can, he helps me to communicate and heal my body so efficiently and effectively. I've also had the opportunity to work with Dr.Alex Chan, I appreciate the slightly different approach she takes in her practice. Both doctors have been essential to my healing journey. All the staff that work at Integrative are kind, compassionate and understanding. The environment of the clinic is welcoming and calming, and that view!!! I arrive early whenever I can to sip the delicious tea they have on offer and to take in the calming energy the centre has. I highly recommend Integrative Naturopathic Medical Centre, I always look forward to my visit.

Hand down the best Naturopath I have consulted with. I have chronic lyme disease and recently had a case of vitamin b6 toxicity and Dr. Alex Chan has been amazing.I am a firm believer that working with a doctor is a two way street and Dr. Chan listens to everything I say and gives really good advice and recommendations for me.I would highly recommend this clinic.

Great place especially if you are looking to see what vitamins you are low on. Only things is that the blood works is expensive and you have to wait 2 week for the results

Dr. Leah has helped me tremendously with my various health issues over the years that I have been seeing her. Not one time that she rushed the appointment, and in many cases, she spent adequate time listening to my concerns and explaining to me the how's and why's of my problems. Dr. Leah is a very caring, attentive and knowledgeable doctor. I am very glad to have found her.Coming to the clinic is always a pleasant experience as well. The front counter staff are very nice, helpful and professional. They always greet you with a smile the minute you walk in..

I have had pretty bad gut issues for the past 5 years or so, which steadily worsened over time. The many family doctors and specialists were not helpful and made me feel more hopeless and upset about my situation.I have been seeing Dr. Taylor Green for a little over two years now (note I don’t write reviews too often unless an experience was either exceptionally positive or negative). Dr. Green and the team at integrative have been wonderful for me in my journey of healing my gut and starting work with me at a point where I was very distrustful towards health professionals. Dr. Green was always very kind and patient through the ups and downs of the process, and always attentive and validating of my concerns, as well as giving her expert guidance while taking my opinions into account. She always went above and beyond in terms of giving her care, attention and time. When some treatments didn’t work as expected initially, she was flexible and able to provide other avenues of treatment which turned out to be very effective! At first when I started going to see her I wasn’t sure how many sessions I would have mostly just due to cost. However, I quickly saw the high value of having a skilled and empathetic clinician such as Dr. Green in working through chronic health issues. My health hasn’t been in such a good place for years as it is now thanks to Dr. Green’s work with me. I am so thankful for her and that I chose integrative. Highly highly recommend this place.

Mixed/dual eview of both naturopath and customer service/reception:(Wish I could rate both separately, but here’s the overall):My naturopath = 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Reception= 2.5Reception: walking into the space, you see a large Buddha statue mixed with pleasant wallpaper, lighting etc. It’s quite nice. However, reception, every time I’m there and despite the person, is never really a welcoming experience. Each person I’ve interacted with at front has in essence, treated me as an unlucky number.For example, when I wasn’t given a reminder of a rescheduled appt they still charged me a no-show fee. Also, I have my CC on file which is mandatory, but like to pay with my debit. Every time they give me grief and I don’t think I’ve seen them smile once. They also didn’t print off half of the sheets they were supposed to print for me that the naturopath had requested.Naturopath:I was seeing dr Kuzma for awhile and loved her. Since she left, I’ve been seeing Dr Green for a short time and in a couple months, she’s managed to recommend a path for me that has basically changed my health in ways I didn’t really think were possible, at least in short time. She is always friendly and efficient and seems to really care about her patients. She also has a great sense of humour :).Treatment wise relating to my past: for example, my qualified GP’s treatment of me had little difference in my chronic insomnia and weight gain in the last 6 years, whereas within a couple weeks here, I have started feeling more confident, getting more sleep, and lost some stubborn fat, as well as reduced some anxiety. I’m hoping to continue on this path!
