RBC Royal Bank

went to this bank to cash a cheque the person that took care of me seemed angry or something , honestly if you have a customer service job do you're part , you should show same level of respect to all ages people don't like getting attended by someone who seems in a bad mood .

Pretty frustrating as I had a very important bank appointment today scheduled a week in advance, got all kinds of reminders from the advisor I was supposed to see... Just to arrive and the entire branch be under renovations with no appointments... Emailed the advisor back and now he doesn't respond.

I always feel welcomed by the staff! Helpful and knowledgeable. Been banking there for a few years now and no issues. I really like the new atm machines- very updated. The bank outside and inside is well kept.

The team at this branch is always professional, friendly, and very helpful. It’s very appreciated as I frequent this branch daily for business banking and it’s always a positive part of my day.

What an atrocious experience! This middle aged, fat, blond man comes over while I'm being helped perfectly well by the rep in the counter and started talking to me like I'm a child, when I asked if it's possible for me to make an appointment with a financial planner, he made a simple request extremely difficult and talked down to me in circles about whether I'm working or not and not giving me any info on what choices are available to me or if I can see someone. He was so disastrous at customer service that I ended up just walking out of there without having been helped with any of my questions. He also had no idea that RBC does student loans and told me to go ask the people who actually does student loans about my questions. AVOID this branch if you actually want to be treated decently as a human being. I will be taking my investments elsewhere.

Went to this branch to speak with an adviser and had very a poor experience. We will be going to a different branch in the future. If you have an appointment with Micheline Yan, I would ask to speak to someone else.The moment we walked in, she started speaking badly about the previous client and it just kept going downhill from there.Ended up wasting time doing a task we hadn't asked her to do and was very unprofessional.First and last time visiting this branch.

Some of the tellers are really nice, though 1 was a little stick up and unwilling to be of much help.. The thing that gets me is I was told to meet with their financial planner".. Told him I wanted to open a store & he told me to come back with any leftover money that I had to invest... Why they didn't give me an appointment with someone who could help me with my business

The tellers always have smile for you. They listen to your banking needs and do their very best to help. I always feel welcome at this bank. Been with them for about a year and not looking to leave yet.

The same thing in BMO Wellington took me 5 trips to the bank, in this RBC branch it took me only 2.The staff are calm, assertive and pontual (in BMO I had to wait over 30 minutes, when I already had an appointment, but here that didn't happen).On top of that, the branch is renovated and clean.I highly recommend it.

Telephoning the bank is nearly impossible. Terrible experience with the %*&^ phone robot. All I want to do is speak to a human to see if they found my keys on the path to the bank. Had to walk to the branch because they would not answer the phone. Horrible!!!!!
