Note left on door said will return in 10min. I waited 25min and knocked on the door. Tiny lad with hand tattoos gives me attitude for knocking. I can knock if I want to. No hard feelings but I hope his day gets better.

I bought a disposable Allo less than 24 hours before bringing it back to the store due to it not working. I was told they don't exchange over 12 hours of purchasing disposables. Don't waste your money at this store.

Great shop, friendly staff, decently priced items. My issue is the ONLY flavour-less liquid is their in-store brand which is routinely out of stock. I'll promote to 5 stars once stock issue is resolved.

Brad and Zack are so friendly and so sweet. Nicest guys ever. You are guaranteed to get exactly what you want when you get in there. They’re so helpful and are down to help with whatever you walk in with. Brad is a legend who really knows what he’s doing and Zack is such a nice and friendly face. Lovely place with lovely people

BRAD IS THE MAN!!! Super friendly and chill dude who clearly knows his stuff. Sold me a gene drag which is probably the best vape I ever had. You can do so much with it.Not only that he always recommends the best flavours. If you haven't asked him to pick one for you. Imo You're missing out on the best part of visiting this shop.So many flavours but without the right guide you'll end up wasting $$$

Waited from 10:25 until 10:40, and nobody showed up. Blew my lunch break and didn't even get pods.. just go elsewhere if you have a schedule
