Marnics Mobile service was impeccable! The manager was very friendly and helpful and had all information and products readily available when requested.My iPhone XR was fixed within an hour. Screen replaced, screen protector added and new case put on. Text messages were sent promptly and accurately indicating that phone was ready to be picked up.I would 100% recommend this business/ service to anyone looking for fast, friendly and impeccable technology replacement and service.

A much needed cell phone repair shop in Fort Frances! I received fast and awesome service for a new glass phone screen protector!They have a large selection of phone cases, used phones, used laptops, game accessories, TVs, monitors and gaming consoles and more!They informed me of the other services they’ll be offering like electronics repairs, buying old electronics, bell phone services and PO Boxes.I was very impressed with the service I received for my new screen protector - they even have a dust machine to ensure no dust gets trapped in between your phone screen and the protector!The shop is clean and spacious! Definitely worth checking out for repairs and new or used electronics!

I’ve visited the Fort Frances store a handful of times now, I’ve bought numerous phone accessories there and just got my console cleaned recently, everytime I’ve been there the Customer Service has been fantastic, fast & friendly, and most importantly they’ve been knowledgeable, Nick cleaned my console and gave me the run down on everything that he did and notified me of any potential problems, they definitely know what they’re doing, for sure I’m going to keep coming back, and it’s always a pleasure to see Riley & Nick

My wife and I have used Marnics in both Fort Frances and Thunder Bay. In Thunder Bay, we bought cell phones, SIM cards and and x box controller. At the Fort Frances location we have bought cell phones, SIM cards and accessories. They have repaired cell phones for us. They are always super knowledgeable and happy to help with any request we have had. Fast and prompt service at all times.Second review (Google won’t allow us to post another review)Bought a new X Box One controller from Marnics on October 21, 2022. Service was great. When we got home (an hour and a half drive from their store), the X Box game pass card that came with it wouldn’t work. We called Marnics just to let them know in case other customers buy the same item and the game pass card didn’t work for them. Marnics was very apologetic and offered us a store credit, even though we didn’t ask for, nor expected one. We just wanted to inform them of the issue. Best customer service we have ever had from any business. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would.Great store, well stocked, fast service, knowledgeable and kind staff. Love shopping here.
