Shawn came out to look at my drainage problem. Turns out it’s probably a different problem, but Shawn was honest and professional. I appreciated his honesty and insight. He came when he said he would, and didn’t over promise his services. If I do need his services in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to call him. Even though he didn’t do any work for me, he still sent me an email to follow up on what we talked about with helpful links and information. Hard to find honest contractors, but Shawn is one of them.

Ontario Yard Drainage exceeded every expectation I could have possibly had. From start to finish, Shawn and his crew know how to take care of their clients. The first time I met Shawn was when he came over to look at my drainage problem and provide me with an estimate (free of charge) and what the job would entail and how long it would take to complete. After a couple minutes of talking with Shawn, it was clear that he was a contractor with integrity and truly cared about customer satisfaction. You could also tell that yard drainage was his forte and he knew it very well. Our particular project was delayed a bit but that was only because the weather was not cooperating and we had gotten so much rain that Shawn did not want to start the job and risk damaging our property/lawn. Shawn constantly checked in with me as weeks went on to see how the condition of the backyard was and if it was dry enough to start digging. There was finally a dry spell that gave Shawn the opportunity to start and complete our project in one day. Shawn and his crew started the job Friday morning and were done around the time I got home from work. When I got home, other then seeing his company truck on the street, I would never have known they were on my property. Shawn's care for customers property is above anything I have ever seen from a contractor. In fact, my neighbour actually made a comment to me and said that he had never seen a contractor take so much care in making sure the clients property was kept as it was, if not better then when they left it. He also said he had never seen a contractor sweep the street to make sure they got every last peice of dirt/stone. Once the job was complete, Shawn went over the whole job with me and what they did to take care of my drainage problems. He was only interested in collecting the money, once he knew I was informed on what they did and that I was 100% satisfied. Shawn and his crew are like no other contractor I have ever encountered before. Shawn, you have an amazing company and a great crew, please don't ever change! You guys restore the faith that some people don't have in contractor's now a days.Needless to say, I would recommend anyone to use Ontario Yard Drainage for their yard drainage issues, you will not be disappointed!

We cannot say enough about Shawn and the jobs he has done for us. He takes his work very seriously, explains everything along the way, and completes everything in a day or two. He leaves zero mess behind, and best of all, he follows up on his work. I know we will always have his support and expertise, and he honestly wants to provide this. Professional and amazing job. I bought a home last spring and discovered that the previous owner had lived with a small swamp" at the side of the house for several years.
