Came in an hour after they opened, old lady behind the counter looked at my hair and said we don't have time for you. Just wanted a little trim and my hair straightened.

Good for male haircuts, not so much for women’s. Took my daughter to get a little trim and touch up her curtain bangs. She specified where she wanted the length. They were cut about 2 or 3 inches too high. Now I have an upset teenager. This isn’t the first experience of something similar happening from this location.

My daughter asked for a trim of the back and face frame. Didn't ask for any product in her, just a trim. She forgot the face frame and my daughter was charged $20 for under 10 minutes of work! I could have done that myself. Very disappointing! This was the Marysville, MI location on Gratiot.

Keep giving this location chances thinking we've had the wrong stylist or didn't explain what we wanted. Everytime my son comes out looking like he has had a bowl cut, straight across bangs and chopped up hair with too short of sides. Today is the last time we visit great clips. Save your money and an awful cut and take your little ones elsewhere.

Way to expensive for a regular men's cut that took 10 min. Cost was 20 bucks, that's 120 bucks an hour, should be more like 12 bucks.

I forgot her name already, bad memory, but the curly haired hair dresser was phenomenal. My curly hair has always been the bane of my existence however she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and recommended some nice products to help me achieve manageable yet cute hair. I’ve been trying to find someone I feel comfortable for years now after my longtime stylist closed up shop and I feel that I finally found the one. Thanks guys!
