Driftwood Community Recreation Centre
The outdoor pool is big, great very little ones because they have a big shallow end with a walk in with steps not a ladder.

Driftwood Community Recreation Centre
Went here for badminton on Friday nights. Very busy and nice people, but I disliked the system used for court rotation. Each group (usually of four people) had 15 minutes of court time, so there were VERY FEW rotations. I highly recommend rotations after each 21 point set. This allows for more people to play more frequently.

It was really organized and fast. People in line were informed all the time of what was happening. Really kind of them to have some music. We got there at 5:30 pm and we got the shot at 6:00pm.

FYI-- this location is a Cooling Centre...so if there is an Extreme Heat Alert called by Toronto Public Health come by for water, juice, multigrain bars and cool down!Fill out a survey for the City and we'll be here every summer!

Good place for different activities exercise, programs. There needs to be more educational classes for staff though. There appears to be a bias by certain members against darker people one female in particularly. I intend to create educational opportunities for learning about the laws governing racial oppression as well as how to advocate for a healthier environment.
