The new store is really cute but nobody acknowledged me or cared I was there. The person working didn’t look up from her phone once.Always love the jewelry from here !

They have very cute stuff but not good quality.I bought a bunch of stuff from there and the gold necklace turned silver two days later. I was disappointed , for the price I was expecting way better quality

I discovered Durumi late last year and I like to buy jewelry from them. I have multiple beautiful pieces from them. However, yesterday I was followed by the staff the whole time which made me uncomfortable. I understand that they have to deal with shoplifters but I was the only one being followed in the store and when I looked around, I noticed I was the only Non-Asian person in there. I decided to keep my arms behind my back to avoid any potential false accusations. You can easily have one staff in the back and one in the front to keep an eye on things instead of wasting your time following one person and risking having others steal. Because of this, they lost my business

It's a cute shop which makes me feel want to check it out when I'm in that area. It's a Korean fashion boutique (vegan/chic style for Westerners), I'm Asian and have slim figure, so never have problem to buy clothes from their store.Most of their clothes are one size, some fit perfectly on me, some are big.Some other comments are true, the shopkeepers watch you like a hawk, but as a business owner, I totally understand...especially in that area, you have homeless people and weidos wandering around, you certainly have to be careful. The shopkeepers certainly have no idea which customer will buy, which customer wants to sneak thing out, the only thing they can do is be careful.The first time i felt a little bit uneasy, but after few times, maybe they remember me, so i feel fine and enjoying myself in the store.

Really cute shop! Unique pieces if you want to stay away from what everyone else is wearing.

I just picked up a bag I pre-ordered and I am extremely happy with the quality of the bag! This was my first purchase from here, and I had to get the bag as it is called Emma". The bag is very well made and looks gorgeous!"

My go to store, but the customer service really needs some improvement. I just finished trying on at around 6:40(they close at 7), and a staff started yelling at me that they are closing in 5 min. Then I was in a rush to pay right after and they told me I can’t pay cash cuz they already closed the cash cabinet. Your staff seems to be in a rush to go home even though there is 10 min till the posted closing time. I got no help during the entire shopping experience. Staffs were eating and chatting the whole time. This is so unprofessional and was never like this.

A go to place for those who like Korean fashion. They sell not only clothes but a lot of accessories such as necklaces, bracelets, rings, bags, and so on.

Visited the new location recently & it looks lovely as ever! Love getting my jewelry pieces from here & the workers are really nice. Definitely a cute little boutique to check out.

It’s a store I must stop in when I’m walking along Queen. You can find great pieces at Durumj, but it can be pricey.I found that the customer experience needs to be improved. I like that they are hands off during the shopping experience. However, there was no support when trying on clothes to check on sizes so I found myself returning the clothes to their proper spot and getting different sizes for myself (not an issue). In the 30 seconds that I was gone, the change room got filled.I waited ~10 minutes to try on the exact same piece in a different size before I left. I likely would have purchased the item that I was attempting to try on, but between the lack of support and the group of friends trying on clothes with little regard for those waiting, I grew a little impatient.
