Peloton - Park Royal

Such a great experience at this showroom. Joy went through all the options and packages with me and gave me a demo on how the studio works. I left undecided and she kept in touch and answered all my questions and processed my order with me once I chose what I wanted! Scott was also incredibly helpful when I came back to chat more accessories. Thanks!!!

I had amazing service at this location. I went in last week during the Black Friday event. Having already tried a peloton bike at hotels I thought I knew what I wanted to purchase & expect with the product but I ended up saving by getting something more accommodating to what I wanted out of a workout. The staff was very approachable & welcoming!

My spose buys me a Peloton bike and asks if my Look pedal cleats and Suunto ANT HR monitor will work with the Peloton.... assured they would but upon delivery my Look Keo pedals don't work and my Suunto Ambient3 (not 2) will not work. Drive from Whistler to West Vancouver to get the pedals and HR monitor only to find out that in this massive store with all kinds of clothing they don't stock anything that actually make the bike work!! .... How much room would 20 sets of cleats and 10 HR monitors take up?? .... Brutal

The bike works fine, at over $4000, this is as expected, but the screen cannot load Netflix nor YouTube, so if you aren't willing to pay $50/month for the rest of your life, steer clear of Peloton and their offerings. There are plenty of sturdy stationary bikes that don't demand a life time subscription.

Please try out other locations in Vancouver as there is no great follow-up support and management is not helpful at all.

A Bike+ was purchased in February 2021 At the West Vancouver location near Park Royal.Consider this part of your due diligence: there is a clear problem with the front bearings on these bikes requiring a hub replacement every 6 to 12 months, as confirmed by the Peloton service agent on their phone line.The part is $40 and, if you want a repair person to come out to do it, it will cost just north of $200. Just a note here, the bike was ridden less than 300 times and for less than 100 hours. The repair people contracted to do the work claimed this bike+ was “not repairable” due to a “manufacturing problem” that prevented the contractors from being able to replace the hub containing the bearings. The contractors claimed Peleton would call us and replace the frame gratis. They did neither but they did send an email asking for $2200 to complete the repair.Firstly, imagine the waste produced as Peloton dumps these old frames when they could simply replace a flywheel if the repair contractors can’t access the bearings… staggering. Secondly, imagine a company not standing behind a product with less than 100 hours on it that, at the time of purchase, cost $3,952 and may have been damaged by its own repair people who deemed it not repairable.Please stay away from this company unless you have an interest in poor service and/or litigation.

Already own a bike but me and my wife went in store for some advice. We were helped by Clay who was seriously knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I only ever review for great service and he exceeded my expectations.
