Detroit Princess Riverboat

It was a very nice night out dinner was really good we went on the Motown review nite excellent entertainment. The boat cruise for two hours from down to belle Isle back around to the ambassador bridge lot of wonderful things to see.

It was pretty nice experience and we enjoyed being on the water. Views are gorgeous and the boat itself is very clean. The only suggestion I have is more food options, especially plant-based. There were some veggies and tortellini, the rest was meat. If they would add 2-3 more food options it would be great, so that plant-based folks can get some protein and decent dinner. I’d suggest to do the cruise if you’re looking to enjoy the views, drinks (paid), and the band. If you’re looking for dinner, I don’t think this might be the best place.

Fantastic afternoon. Great food and entertainment. My biggest regret is not learning some like dances beforehand. Will be better prepared next time. You can also go on deck and take in the view.

We recently went for a couples dinner. The scenery and staff was amazing. However the food was not very good at all. The boat can use a few updates for a more modern looking however the older decor does at an element of character.

The princess hosted our family reunion lunch and it was a phenomenal experience, from the sights to the food. Nice way to showcase Detroit.

Parking was crazy to navigate. The SP+ parking is expensive...even after the $5 coupon.GOOD:*Very large boat with multiple levels allowing for lots of people to enjoyably social distance.* Very friendly staff.*Singers were great.*Ride is like gliding on the water,Very smooth.* Scenic ride along the Detroit Windsor area.* Drinks were tasty.*Clean ship overall.BAD:*Food was atrocious. The chicken was gross.Very bland and needs some flavour .*The pasta was cold and the veggies were soggy. The potential for a good dinner is almost there. The green salad was okay but that doesn't make a meal.*Chicken looked boiled, not baked.*Drinks are expensive.Overall:Eat before you go on the cruise.SP+ parking is opposite the police station.Boarding early means more to pay on parking.Very much worth the ride and experience. Recommended.✨️

First time boat ride on Detroit Princess today for Father’s Day. Did the noon to 2 cruise. Staff was awesome and DJ’s were entertaining. Upper party deck had some great views of detroit skyline, belle isle, and Windsor. Lunch food buffet was average, but fine. Plenty of bartenders and drink prices were reasonable. Looking forward to an evening cruise soon!

Quite a fun night!! Music was fabulous. We were seated on second floor by dance floor. Food was tasty, bit cold. Line for drinks was long! Best to buy bottle of wine or the fancy drinks" at the entrance. Music on different floors. We cruised with storm! Good to get there early ; table assigned.tho there was a storm."

Went in September for my birthday and it was perfect!We did the lunch cruise- open bar was available and the buffet was delicious.Must try sometime. Highly recommend!!
