Very punctual, good communications, trustworthy, good work. Good finishing, nice eye. Willingness to correct anything on his own time - would recommend Bob's work - although I can't speak to recommending the young helpers he uses. Bob did two bathrooms for us 2019.

Sunset Village Homeworks came out to repair my decorative fence panels that were leaning and unsteady. Bob fit me in between jobs (the same day I called) even though he was booked up until December. I was very impressed with his work ethic, quality of the work, his friendly manner and consideration of all the little extras. He was very professional and patient, even when the simple job turned up extra challenges. He charged me a very fair and reasonable price, much less than another company had quoted me for less work. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!

Bob and his crew were amazing and did a wonderful job remodeling our basement, creating two beautiful suites, with new bathrooms for our Moms! We are eternally grateful for the work that they did, both Moms are very happy! Bob and his crew were very professional and dedicated, not to mention so polite! I wish I could give more stars!!!

Bob was referred to us by friends who were really happy with the work he had done for them. We hired Bob to refinish our inside stairs. He and his guys were prompt, courteous and efficient! We asked Bob to refresh our main bathroom with a paint job a few years ago. This included the bath/shower area which required extra preparation to ensure the new paint adhered successfully to old tile when previous attempts had resulted in a lot of bubbling and peeling. After 3 years, the new paint work is holding up well in our well used shower area. We love the bright, sunny paint job Bob provided and appreciated his patience and responsiveness as we worked on nailing down the colour combination we were looking for.

We used Sunset Village Homeworks on three different occasions.We got Bob to install appliances and adjust the cabinets around the kitchen. He used creative ideas to manage those changes.He did some major deck repairs for us, and he built two beautiful cabinets in our living room to replace old bookshelves.It was a pleasure to have Bob and his helper in our home, and prices were reasonable. Bob has completed several projects for us over the last three years. This has included two major renovations which entailed putting down laminate flooring (including heating), painting and complete bathroom renovations (new tiles, bathtub, shower, cabinets, sinks, faucets, toilets). We were always very pleased with the results of his work and the timely and professional delivery as promised. Our challenge is that we don’t live in Victoria so we rely on Bob to make many decisions and communicate with us frequently. His wide range of excellent skills meant that we didn't have to hire multiple trades. Bob makes a renovation manageable for us as home owners, which is why we will happily call on him in the future for any job that we have to get done on-time and on-budget. We can highly recommend him for all your home renovation needs - big or small.
