Location on Grandview offers plenty of parking. Store layout is organized, easy to navigate, and clean. Did our shopping in the garden sections. Plenty of variety for everything outdoors and indoors. Customer service reps inside and outside were pleasant to work with. Helpful and quick to get you on your way. Over all a good shopping experience. Will visit again.

Lowe's is at 2727 East 12 th Avn Vancouver. This store is very large, and it has a variety of decorative materials for home use. There are also various tools. And the parking lot is very big and the parking space is good. The business hours are long, Mon-Fri 6am-9pm; Saturday 7am-9pm; Sunday 8am-9pm; the staff are always available to help you find what you need.

Slow, clueless and unprofessional.Good luck trying to find a staff in customer service. if you do, most staff seem to operate at 0.5x speed.The staff also kept speaking Hindi in front of a caucasian customer and was making fun of her returning a 2 dollar product and the way she dressed.At the self-checkout, the staff seem more interested to play with her phone than to actually help customer out.

I’d give zero star if I can. We waited for scheduled delivery for half a day, yet the delivery never came. Then, we called the delivery company and was told that the delivery was cancelled while we received absolutely no notice at all.The next day, delivery came. They installed the appliances we purchased, but it doesn’t work properly.I called customer service and my call was transferred around without actual help.I’m very disappointed and I will not shop again.Please be very aware shopping with this company.

One of the most poorly run stores in Vancouver, they do not put the customer first nor care really about anything. Here's a little story:Yesterday evening I went in to purchase some supplies, as I entered the store through the swivel gates, another patron at the front started wheeling an $1100 barbecue out the same entrance, setting off alarms, looking around alarmingly (and literally setting off the alarm), and started speed walking out the front doors into the parking lot, and across the road. As I watched this, I asked the customer service if they were going to do anything, they just shrugged. I guess given level of responsibility, I may do the same. In any case, I phoned the non-emergency police line while I watched the perp wait across the road for a vehicular pickup. After 15 minutes of being on hold with the police, the BBQ was gone, and so was my attempt to help in any way, so I continued to purchase what I needed.Fast forward to today, when I wanted to return one of the $15 items I had purchased the day before, and lo and behold, though I had a receipt (and yes the product had been opened, but did not work for my needs), I was refused a refund of any kind.I guess it pays to be a criminal and shop" here

Never ever order from their website. Due to glitches on their website, I have been double charged for an item. Two weeks later i’m still dealing with Lowes. I was refunded only to receive a charge again. It is an extreme hassle dealing with all kinds of stupid here. This is a common issue with their glitchy site that they never fix. I will never buy anything from Lowes again. Poor customer service

If you want to shop empty shelves and experience horrible / non existent customer service I highly recommend going to Lowe's Grandview. If Lowes upper management is still scratching their head as to why Lowe's shut down 34 stores across six provinces in 2019, look no further than this disaster of a store. AI wasted half an hour waiting for help, witness dozens of staff members standing around chatting with each other, I then found out the electrical wire I came to purchase was out of stock. Once again I should have driven straight to home Depot. These issues are not isolated to Lowe's, Rona offers a very similar shopping experience and it's no surprise their own by the same organization. Lowe's Canada is Target Canada 2.0. in 5 years time this store will not exist in Canada.

Kris, the plumbing manager was on his way home from work when he saw my husband and I outside the store struggling to put two bulky boxes containing kitchen sinks we had just bought into our SUV. He came to help us load the boxes into our suv. We really appreciated his help.The lady who worked at the cashier was also very efficient in helping us when the self serve machine was not working.Overall, we had a very good experience shopping at your store today. Very kind and helpful people working on the floor, if a tad incompetent at times. We asked to get two blinds cut at the same length and one was longer than the other resulting in a Re cut, after about an hour of finding new staff to help when some didn’t know how. Overall, it’s a hardware store!
