Poor service and unprofessional. Pharmacist was more interested in chatting up his girls about travel destinations than filling my prescription or helping me.Second time I specifically and adamantly asked for generic and recieved brand name which my insurance doesn’t cover. Thanks again.Third time there, they told me they’d call when it was ready. After 2 days I called and they had no idea. Called again 2 days later no help. Id gone elsewhere at this point after having to see a doctor again and they finally called 2 weeks later saying my prescription was sitting at the desk!! Unreal.Took my business to Superstore where I’ve had nothing but good prompt confidential service time and time again. They’ll get 5 stars.

I am a frequent customer at the Home Health Care department of this store. The staff in this department, especially Kendra, gives me excellent service. I am always treated with the utmost of respect and always well taken care of.

The pharmacist took the time to answer all of my questions and was very professional. I drive out of my way to come to this pharmacy for the excellent, knowledgeable and friendly service I receive.

Absolutely disgusted with the service at the pharmacy - should have been 0 stars. The lady with the short dark hair made a huge seen because she couldn't understand my question. I tried my best to understand her broken English and tried to decipher what she was trying to say as politely as possible and she just LOST IT!! I felt so embarrassed for her and the other customers were just horrified. If she was having a bad day her outburst probably lost the pharmacy some clients including me. The other ladies in the pharmacy never bothered to come and help her or calm her down or apologize for her behavior, they just watched as if it was normal and acceptable. I'll be going to shoppers drugmart from now on - or a nice lady suggested Safeway which is where she said she was taking her business after seeing that.

The pharmacy technology is not performing as it should. I requested a prescription be sent down to rexall while in my doctors appointment and a half hour later it still had not arrived to which the pharmacists responded it normally takes at least 15 minutes and that it’s a common problem. As i have a fractured ankle I called to have it resent (during the 30 minutes) pharmacist said the fax is receiving but I had to ask again if it had come through and it still did not work. So I got to walk back up there and get the paper copy. In todays day and age this is ridiculous. Whether it’s a rexall pharmacy or westgrove clinic problem they should both have the curtesy to figure out how to improve it and not accept it.

Staff are always courteous & kind. They know you by your first name.

Absolutely discussed with the service at the pharmacy end. I went in for Covid shots and flu shots for my kids and I and they wanted photo ID from my kids and refused to gives us our shots until I produced photo ID for them. I will no longer be doing any business at that location. And the woman was very short when speaking with us.

I have to say that I was quite pleased with the Pharmacy, they went above and beyond for me and I really appreciated it.

This review is about the pharmacy specifically, 1⭐️ for the pharmacy, 2 overall because the store itself seems to be fineBoth my wife and I have had a huge amount of problems trying to get basic prescriptions refilled here. We both go to the same doctor and have been consistently filling prescriptions at this location for around 3 years. Within the last 8 months or so, the pharmacy staff seems to have developed an inability to send requisitions to doctor offices. We both have had to call the doctors office multiple times to confirm that the pharmacists have sent the requisition at all and then call the pharmacy to make sure they even know how to contact the office properly. I can't stress enough that this has happened to both of us multiple times. The pharmacists need to do a better job of updating patient files, and following up on long wait times for refill requests.
