Maria and Deb are wonderful groomers they are very patient to my dog Gazoo. There salon are clean and they treated each dogs as if their own. They are friendly and very loving,compassionate dog or cat groomers. I would recommend to a lot of my friends to groom their pets at Paws of Joy. Very convenient and affordable prices.

Would not recommend. Hoped for the dog to come home happy but was left with an unfinished, injured doggy.Original cost was 70 dollars for a basic groom. Requested a special design, paid 20 dollars more, but never received said design. Groomer suddenly demanded 60 dollars extra because the groomer claimed the dog had skin problems. The job was also incomplete, and no refund was ever issued despite having asked for one.Dog also came home with a limp. Went to the vet and found out the dog had a slipped disc, after x-rays. The vet also never brought up any form of skin issue.Although the dog is old, he has always been happy, healthy, and loved running about, especially before the visit. Now, he can barely walk, jump, and shake without feeling discomfort. He is currently taking medication.I wish him a quick recovery but it has been half a month and he continues to suffer.

Just had my dog groomed here for the first time she was super friendly when greeted me but then when I went and picked up my dog she was extremely patchy her tail was not groomed she has long hair is all underneath her belly she called me mid-groom and told me that she couldn't cut my dog's Paws or her private areas because she was nervous which I've never had a problem with at other groomers and overall she just looks like she needs to get regrumed I have to take her somewhere else and pay more money to get her regrumed. DO NOT GO HERE. I've never had a problem getting my dog groomed or had any sort of complaints or have had to do multiple sessions on grooming yes she was overdue for a groom but she has gone in to other groomers with her lumps and bumps and not one of them has said anything bad in the sense that they are unable to finish the groom or do it in multiple sessions my dog was not matted. My dog has always had these skin conditions and it's perfectly normal none of them were open or bleeding. And on top of that the owner who groomed my dog was more concerned about the growths on my eye and putting some sort of ointment on them when we have gone to vets and have a certain treatments for them. This basement dog groomers seemed very unprofessional unorganized and on top of that never made me sign any sort of waivers which I thought was very odd only took cash and no debit or credit. Other dogs also running around in the open area which I've never experienced beforehand. To sum everything up please do your research. Natalie I've reached out via text messages but I havent heard back from you. I would have preferred to speak to you directly but since you havent returned any of my text messages. I wrote a review on my experience and to my surprise you responded. However instead of taking responsibility or better yet coming up with a solution. You took it upon yourself to shame me as a pet owner, my dog has always had a skin conditions since she was a puppy and I've never had a experience with a groomer like this before. I'm not here to argue with you nor leave multiple reviews. I simply posting my experience. I wish the best of luck in your business and suggest to futher your education to better assist dogs with skin conditions.

My little Bailey is a super antsy and hyper dog, she doesn't like her nails being trimmed and she doesn't sit still. However, these ladies handled her very well, they were patient with her, took their time, talked to her in a calming manner, etc. You can really tell that they love the work they do. We chatted a bit afterwards as well, usually these kinds of experiences are so impersonal, so it was lovely being able to get to know them on a more personal level. I will be returning and I highly recommend them!

We have an anxious pooch that we recently adopted from a shelter and Nataly has been nothing but patient and kind to us. She took the time to chat with us before our dog's first appointment, gave our dog breaks in between his grooming, and we really feel like our dog is in good hands at Paws of Joy. Would 100% recommend!

Friendly and patient staff. They took their time with our dog as it was her first grooming experience. Spoilt her to bits and she looked comfortable with them. We have a happy and clean pup! Will be visiting again!

Have taken my Yorkie here for a while now and must say she's the best! Very fair prices and excellent friendly service. Had to bring in once with some heavy matting and she took her time and got all of it out without having to shave her! Highly recommended!

This was our Fur baby 1st grooming. She had a really matted hair that needs to be cut professionally and they didnt disappoint us. The staff were very friendly and hands on and patience specially we were giving them a hard time as our baby had a lot of matted hair. It was so worth it to take her in and did a grooming. Great job!
