Chipotle Mexican Grill
Horrible experience!I ordered a steak bowl with extra steak, when I got home I sat down, opened my meal and there was no steak at all. Never mind the extra steak that I paid for, I received nothing.Also, I ordered 2 kids meals for my children which should come with tortillas, beef, cheese, rice and salsa. My daughters order was missing salsa, my sons meal was missing cheese and salsa.Chipotle is usually really good, just don't order from this location.

Chipotle Mexican Grill
Chipotle is my food to go anywhere. However, this location is incompetent. Burnt vegies, salty meat and dirty kitchen. It is a busy mall and i dont mind lining up. But after the long line up, the food is disappointing. Hopefully management make some moves or do somthing about this. I will never eat Chipotle food on this location anymore.

The workers here simply do not care, I have never in my whole life have been to such a terrible Chipotle as this one. Don't take my word for it look at the other reviews!! The GUCAMOLE was BROWN! the rice both, white and brown was MUSHY, they gave SUCH small portions! I will never ever ever return to this location even if they offered me free food I would decline it. Hands down the one of the worst Chipotle locations in North America, in my opinion due to the reasons previously listed. You are better off going to the newly opened Chick Fila a on the exterior of the property. I really regret coming here and wasting 20$. Shame on you management with no dignity!

Loved the experience. Realised why there is always a queue here. The bowls are super filling and yes nutritious and tasty too. Mainly the guacamole. I loved that the most along with black and brown beans, cheese, lettuce and capsicum onion sauté, it was a veggie bowl and I did not feel the need to add the supreme by adding tofu. I could not finish my meal though. I feel two pax with medium hunger can count in these. Am sure non veg options also must be amazing and yea there was an option of brown rice or white rice . Thanks

Disgusting and messy kitchen. Employees are mixing all the food with different buckets together by dropping it into them. They don’t even clean it and continue to serve. The amount of serving is also ridiculously small, I got less than 10 slices of lettuce. Horrible place and disgusting.

This is Chipotle in the Bunmil Mall food court. Great for a quick bite while shopping or after shopping. You can choose from 3 types of meat and add only the vegetables of your choice. it's good. The flavor of the seasoning was good, and it was even better with plenty of sour cream. What I ate was not bad for the freshness of the vegetables or the quality of the meat. The wait is long, but the staff serve you quickly so you don't have to wait long. After going to the mall for shopping, I am willing to eat again.

This chipotle made me plain sad. I had to tell them with every to add extra as it was not thé usual quantity you get at other locations. This particular location had employees just distressed and working in such a hurry and putting such small portions.I love chipotle but I am never ordering from this location ever again.
