The guy who started this business was great. It has since been sold. Every few months they email me their 50% specials. Price is the same as the regular rate. Buyer beware.

Ordered a starter pack and when received had an open bottle. Contacted them multiple times and never got and answer. Don’t waste your time and money.

Ordered 10 days ago. Has not even been shipped yet. I did some research on various reef blogs and found out that this is an ongoing issue with these guys. Imagine if you were a subscriber who really needed these pods for my tank to thrive/ survive. You're fish would be dead. And by the time the pods make it to you, they would be too. My advise is find pods locally or try reef nutrition. Best of luck. And happy reefing

Horrible customer service! Placed and paid for an order of pods almost 2 weeks ago and still have not received them and all my calls and emails go unanswered!? This is no way to run a business!

BUYER BEWARE I ordered from this website 10 days ago. They did not send my algae. I have called them and emailed many times with no response. I would like a refund but cannot communicate with the company. Please resolve this.

My starter pack arrived 6 days after shipping, all the copepods were dead. They did specify if the shipment arrives later than 4 days after shipping they will re-ship the order and I would just pay for shipping. They havent answered any of my emails nor have they responded to any of my online queries. Shocking customer service, dont waste your time or money
