TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I had a very bad experience with the employee Rupi, she was rude and had no customer service skills. I can't understand how such a well known bank hires people like her.

Don't go here unless your 100% stuck for service. The staff there have no clue and are poorly informed about customer service.This branch is a 1/2 block from home but I rather drive 1.6 klms for good service. TD should close this branch it has little use to the neighborhood.

Awful, i attempted to use the ATM for the first time in forever only to find out that the ATM is only available during the hours that the bank is open. What on earth does this branch think an ATM is for? If i wanted to access my money during your hours, i would use a teller.The rollback of services while i continue to pay for account fees is unacceptable and frankly gross.

As a 40 year+ customer in several provinces, I love this branch! My official home branch is at Hanin Village, but there have always been long line ups there, long before the pandemic. So moving 6 years ago closer to this branch was a big plus. I do 90% of my banking and investing online, but when I do need to go in for something out of the ordinary, the folks here have always been super friendly. Plus there is rarely more than 1 person in line!!

this is probably the worst bank of Canada, Out all the main banks here in Canada TD and especially people from this location is the worst.i don't really do this kind of stuff but this is the worst customer service in any business i've ever gotten. i booked a meeting with them to cancel my account and they cancelled my appointment 20 mins before and they just told me to just talk and call the 1800 and do it myself.LOLwhat's the point of booking an appointment with an advisor (Sandy Ta ) for them to just call you and cancel your meeting and tell me to do it myself,Now i have to take more time out of my day to call and be on hold where they could've just done it for me.A little disrespectful especially when it was booked 3 business days before hand.

I've used TD all my life for both personal and business. I moved to New Westminster recently and was happy to have a TD close to my new place. On two occasions I've had horrible experiences. The first was a couple months ago when I went into the bank to deal with 4 or 5 different things. Not once after completing a task for me did the teller ask me if there was anything else she could do for me - I had to prompt her time and time again. Not to mention that when she entered my new address, which I wrote down for her, she entered it in incorrectly thus giving me hell when trying to make online purchases. Recently I returned to the bank as I was having issues with my business debit card, the teller and their manager questioned my identity and were extremely rude.

Why isn’t the ATM available outside of open hours ? I had to go to save on to get cashAt a cost

**PLEASE AVOID THIS BRANCH!!!!The ATM machine was out of order, so I deposited some cash to one of the staff and told him to put it in my account. He even gave me the receipt. After few days, there was NO sign of deposit in my account. I called them and they were keep ignoring my call as if I was some sort of a lier, so I had to GO to the branch and talked to them face to face. They told me there was NO SUCH transaction for THE BANK made on that day. They had to request for the CCTV search, and It has been found that the staff MADE A MISTAKE, and he did not put the money. This is UNACCEPTABLE and a WASTE of time.

These have to be some of the most incompetent banking people I’ve met in my life, no help, no service, lots of investments I’ll be moving to HSBC, just wish I’d done it sooner. Not caring & incompetent means fewer customer, surprising isn’t it!!!Thank the assistant Mgr (Grace) for setting me up with a trainee, is that how you reward your best customer?Say bye to all your accounts, done.All should be fired in the branch!!
