I am more than pleased with the work done to my '14 Mazda 3. Roxanne kept me in the loop so no surprises with the cost; nothing was done without my approval. The paint was a perfect match, which I consider no small feat considering my car is 8 yrs old. Roxanne and her team are the best and I will definitely go back if I need more work done. Strongly recommended.

BEWARE! I am very frustrated with my experience with this shop. We took our vehicle in for an estimate after damaging the passenger side rear door. We were told that the door would need replacing and were quoted for the repair. Because of a vacation, we were able to leave the car at the shop for over 2 weeks and when we were first notified that it was ready, we noticed that the interior paint on the door was scratched and we refused to sign off. The manager apologized and played it off as a worker oversight. After finally picking up the car we realized that same evening that the new" door could no longer be locked (AT ALL)

First off I felt I could trust them. Roxanne walked me through the whole process. She gave me a price and approx time it would take. The work was beautifully done. The car looks great. I am glad I choose Stormy. By the way Champlain auto who has done work for me recommended Stormy Thanks for that. In all, these people know what they are doing and they do it well. Ten out of ten all day long.....Thank you Stormy.

First off, Roxanne refused an opportunity to charge me more. Unlike four other body shops, she informed me that one spot I wanted fixed could be done cheaper elsewhere. Awesome, thanks! The estimate was better than three of the others, and she spoke well of the work that needed to be done and what guarantees would be had on it. Circumstances would have the car ready early, and on initial appearances, the work was done very well. I'm happy I chose this place over the others (especially the big chains).

The owners of this business will charge you more than needed - they are dishonest and will change the price after signed contract, giving you a product not as advertised. They are just there for the money and treat people poorly. Save yourself the hassle.

I had my 2011 Ford Edge's rocker panels done and I am very pleased! Roxanne was great! very nice crew and they took time to explain the steps etc. Definitely recommend this shop!
