If you need your appliance repaired, I highly recommend Summer Breeze Appliance Ltd. I originally reached out to a different repair company and they had us waiting for a long time to get our fridge repaired, ordering parts which were not necessary and waiting for months for it to arrive. I contacted Summer Breeze Appliance Ltd, and Mike had been amazing, being able to figure out what was wrong within minutes and had the fridge working right away.

Called Samsung regarding fridge and was given their name as one who services in the Airdrie area. Message was returned promptly the next day and Jess came to review our issue the following day. Jess was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in not only diagnosing our issue, but made us feel very good about having him in our home. Part was ordered and received a call on the very next Sunday inquiring if he could come out the next day for the install as they’d received the part. When I arrived home from work that day, I couldn’t believe how quiet the fridge was, nor in the days following how well it was working. My SO was extremely happy and impressed with Jess’ professionalism and helpful advice while the repair was done.Happily recommend Jess (oh and Summer Breeze!) to anyone looking for good quality, responsive, great value Samsung appliance repairs. I hear they do LG repairs as well, so keeping them top of list for any issues with our washer/dryer!Very happy customers!

I had a quick inquiry regarding an oven replacement part. When I called, he patiently (and happily) helped me out to find how to source a replacement part and did not try and talk me into any sort of upgrade or service I didn’t need. When I need a repair I will be calling Summer Breeze first!! *Indicates to me he is likely an honest business person:)))))

Arrived promptly and were able to track down the part for my dryer immediately. The repair was done the same day and extremely quickly. I highly recommend them.

Was provided their contact details by Samsung Electronics after business hours.David promptly returned our call and voicemail that we left, the next morning; and was able to arrange for a service technician to call the same afternoon; to set up an appointment for said afternoon.Tim was prompt in calling and then coming over within a half hour, fault isolated the issue with the appliance in question, offered the mandatory and the optional options (no up selling), provided an estimate; and only then proceeded with the repair, including showing us what was wrong with the affected parts and how the new parts remediated the issue (transparency).Both courteous and efficient, he was done in an hour; and left us with a great customer experience.Understandably, one would not want to call David; out of choice. That said, if the need arises; based on our own experience, David is the one we recommend one calls.

Service appointment booked quickly, arrived on time and fixed the fridge. Very pleased with service provided.
