Awful with quoting. Quote you a price. You pay it. Then they demand another large sum of money to pay for something they didnt include in the quote, despite their generic bill form that states it IS included. Oh and when you give in and pay that too, they come back and ask for another handful of money because they forgot to add GST".If they ever give you a quote

When going in to get fr coat at sale price..was told our web site isn't up to date so we are not honoring the sale price...but you can pay full price $100.00 more. Sorry...if advertised the price should be honored.. EDIT..I texted the store and they rectified the situation and honored the sale price. Picked up the coat, no problem..at the sale price. Very helpful and was sorry for the problem..changed my rating
