the Super Air Natique G21 is the Best boat i have ever been on. Great wake for surfing and great boat to just hang out on with friends. The best part is you just bring your fun attitude and the pro drivers are happy to teach you and all your friends,.or help you advance to the next trick with all the newest boards. I have been using Wakebenders for last 4 years and every time is just as fun as the last one

Wakebenders boat rental company is hands down one of the best rental companies on the Okanagon. Want to experience an amazing time and have a driver so you can sit back and relax? Well then this boat rental company is the one for you. Beginner in water sports? No worries, they are always excited to teach anyone and are extremely patient. Or, are you experienced in water sports and want to learn more? I also recommend this rental company.The best part about this service, is they pick you up at the dock with everything ready to go and all the equipment you could ever possibly need.

We did a group rental with Wakebenders over the May long weekend, what an fantastic time! There was a few of us with no experience in Wake-Surfing and they had us out of the water in no time! Dave was so courteous and helpful, we couldn’t have asked for a better instructor or better time. Would highly recommend booking with wakebenders for your ultimate Kelowna summer experience!

Amazing experience going out on the water with Wakebenders. I had never wake surfed before and they were so helpful and knowledgeable in teaching how to wake surf. Highly recommend for anyone in Kelowna or who is visiting Kelowna that wants to get out on the water and have a blast. Also, the driver was hilarious! We didn’t stop laughing for the entire time!

I’ve had many great times with Wakebenders starting back in 2015, did a couple family wake surf trips that made for epic memories, photo and video ops! Sooo nice to just show up and start having fun. Last couple years I’ve been training for competitions, Dave and the drivers have always been flexible in scheduling boat time for me, the wave is spot on and can be adjusted as you ride. Always looking forward to getting back on the water with Wakebenders.

**UPDATE Aug 15, 2022: The owner contacted our group and took accountability and was very apologetic. We will try their service next summer and hope to have a better experience.**Our group of 6 from Vancouver planned a BC Day long weekend trip to Kelowna to try wakesurfing. We made a booking for Fri July 29th from 2pm-4pm with Wakebenders. I called them at 1230pm on the day of our booking to confirm pick up location but the employee had forgotten about our booking and said the driver quit and the boat needed repairs. He offered a discount and to rebook the next day from 6pm-8pm as this was the only time slot left. We were furious since we weren't notified in advance that our original booking was cancelled and we had to move our existing plans around to accommodate the new time slot. On the day of our new booking, the driver told us that the water was extremely choppy and wakesurfing would be extremely difficult. We were devastated as we had planned our trip around wakesurfing and were all looking forward to trying it out. I still wanted to try wakesurfing and the driver obliged but was not very helpful as I continued to fall. The driver was not welcoming and had bad customer service as it seemed like he didn't want to take our group out on the water. We weren't charged anything but we felt the need to write this review as our group is still very disappointed we weren't able to go wakesurfing due to the company's lack of communication and terrible customer service. We understand that many factors cannot be controlled in terms of water conditions and staffing however this was a separate issue of the employee forgetting about our booking altogether and ruining our trip. Kelowna is a tourist destination where people go to unwind and destress but this was the total opposite for our group having to deal with this ordeal. We would not recommend Wakebenders.

The Wakebender boys were amazing to my 8 person crew. We booked the Natique, and the boat was in amazing shape. The driver was great, and was able to dial the wake perfectly to the way I like to surf. Most charters struggle with this as I am an experienced surfer, and like the wave different then most. He was also able to teach my girlfriend (who has never touched a surfboard) to get up after only a few attempts. The boat had an incredible sound system and full connectivity for any of us to play music through our phones. The booking process was incredibly simple, and all instructions were provided to us prior to date of rental. The entire crew had an incredibly time, and we will definitely be back again.
