We just moved to the area and needed someone to look at our cat. We went to Northbrook where we received excellent, professional service.

Our puppy got sick while we were camping in Bon Echo Provincial Park and we needed a better fast. Despite being packed, they made room for us to bring our little pup in and helped calm our concerns. They were super friendly and treated us like we have been going there all the time. Incredible.

Amazing service and from when I walked in to the moment I left, you can see the passion this veterinary team has for each animal. Treats animals with respect and as if they were their own. Great prices. Only downfall is it's only open two days a week. Very gentle yet thorough on each patient.

We recently moved to the area and needed to find a vet for our fur-babies! I don't think I have been to a better practice! They take the time to answer your questions, (in detail) They really care about the animals, and ALL of the staff are super friendly! Thank you for making us feel at home !!!

Have taken my pets here for years. Today finally had appointment for my dog and I get there and am told they are taking him in alone.....my dog suffers from high anxiety and I cannot leave him with strangers.They told me I could not go in due to Covid even though I had a mask.My dog would have had an anxiety attack for sure as he was partial way there already from the car ride.Nobody told me this on the phone! They waited till I drove there and then informed me.Done with this clinic as they showed no care for the animals well being....I understand that this virus is scary but you make exceptions if it's going to hurt the animal mentally...They proved to me that the well being of the animal is not top priority!

After the accident at the Napanee facility we got the same great treatment for our dogs thru LoL Vet. Hope the Napanee office is open soon.

I have been really happy with all the care that my two shitzus have received , my one has had a chronic problem, and they have been great at trying to find some help for her. I have even received phone calls from the vet and assistant to see how she is doing.

We were camping at Bon Echo when our dog injured his foot and pulled a nail. It was very painful for our dog. The vet made time the same day to treat the injury. It was a big relief to be able to get expert care for our dog while we were on vacation.
