Great quality and design. It has lots of sale items when we visited. Many selections and new designs. We enjoyed it. I love the bags too. Staff are nice, helpful and attentive. Lots of parking.Prize is reasonable.

The management was very rude and not only treated their customers as shoplifters but also targeted some of their own employees. A manager had gotten aggressive with an employee when asked to go from a break or at least drink of water. Management either needs a reality check or to be fired.

It was a very bad experience I was ignored all the time by the sales associate. No one came close to ask me what I was looking for, the staff members were with close faces and no friendly attitude . Even though I am a Tommy Hilfiger club member I am not returning to this store anymore. I will wait for an opportunity to visit a Tommy Hilfiger in a different city.

I was one of the loyal customers to the store. But now the store lose me as a customer. They have very bad customer service. The supervisor is very rude. I was willing to speak with the manager in the next following day. She did not give me a specific time to meet her. Before I do the return she refused to sell me the small size. After I did the return the item and I was asking her questions which she does not sure what she is talking about. She even does not understand the return and exchange policy. She said the return policy 10 days and receipt indicates 45 days.Tommy do you want to lose many of your customers because of one of your supervisor that you did not teach her the customer service well?Thank you for your great experience!!!!

I bought a T Shirt from this store and I found that there was a small hole in the back. The store refused to exchange the item and I was told by the store manager that it was against their policy. I am really surprised to see how a well known brand like TH is behaving like cheap small businesses. They might saved couple of ten bucks on the T Shirt but they lost a customer. I highly advise not to buy from this store as their post service level is very bad.

Average store where employees kept following around thinking we were shoplifting. For God sake, someone tell that black lady it’s a Tommy Hilfiger store and not balanciaga. Never going to store that thinks customers are shop lifters just because of their skin color. Absolutely rubbish mannerisms from ghetto . Ewww ugh.

Went to the store with my family, staff was very rude.She kept following us around like a potential shoplifter. Microaggresive behaviours seem common and tolerated here.Staff should be trained for sensitivity and better customer relations.

Very bad staff, no skill set at all. All they do is treat you like a shoplifter. Very bad manager. Heard her talking about immigrants and how bad london has got . Shame on the owner for keeping such a low self esteem staff. So narrow minded people. They need to travel to see the world.
