My favourite branch in Montreal so far, the staff are super friendly and helpful. There is usually a small crowd waiting in the lobby before opening time, so if you need to be seen first make sure to get there early.

Once again had trouble with the ATM, however this time it stole 7 out of the 14 cheques that I was trying to deposit for the condo association. I've left a message at the branch and told them that I want my cheques back - this is absurd! On top of it, the message on the ATM said that I took too long to remove the cheques after the first ATM error, and that was it! Bon appétit BMO ATM, but I want my cheques back!!

Went to open a checking account.They sent me away telling me to do it online. Refused when I asked to do it while I was there already.The website then told me to go into the branch to do it.I'm just sad now. TD isn't far at least.

this bmo branch provides the only free coin counting machine for every canadian in montreal so far. coins valuing about 100 dollars can be processed within 1 minute. very cool.
