Our hot tub pump broke down before the winter storm and the temperature was dropping quickly. A nightmare for us as non-handy people, all we knew was we would be in trouble soon if the tub components froze. Called a number of places, but Jordan was the only one to seem to care and take my call seriously. He came to assess the situation as quickly as possible the next day, verified the problem, and explained things well. He even loaned and setup a space heater while we waited for the replacement parts to arrive! His prices were fair. He answered all questions and even came back for a visit when I had a question about the panel. Would give 6/5 stars if I could, he has a customer for life. Thanks Jordan

Jordan was able to come and fix my problem by Monday afternoon. This is the first time that I have used Jordan's services. Jordan is phenomenal. My husband and I were so back and forth between getting the hot tub looked at and fixed or getting rid of it. He was always kind and never annoyed with our on going calls, but what stood out the most was how honest he was! I'd recommend him to everyone I know!
