BMO Bank of Montreal

Went to this branch twice to deposit a certified bank draft and both times I had a terrible experience due to the unprofessional and rude customer service reps at the front. Two elder females with glasses, both have no intention of providing any decent service to BMO clients.These elder females at the front seem to hate their job. Not sure why they chose this profession if they dislike what they do.I would not go back to this BMO branch because of this unless they change the terrible tellers they have hired here.

Poor service at this branch. Tellers are always in a bad mood and unhelpful. They lie a lot as well and just say no to anything that will require them to go a little out of their way. The tellers here have desks so they have a ‘we work at cooperate office’ attitude. I think they require training and have to be told that they are here to provide service and not sit behind the desk and wait for the day to end.

The older ladies at the front are not helpful at all! Worst customer service. All they do is chit chat and not do their job, don’t waste your time go to another BMO branch.

Great service at this BMO Branch . The branch manager Connie Bernardi is very helpful and professional. If you are looking for a great banking service I highly recommend going to this BMO Branch .

Poorly designed layout and system. The ABMs didn’t allow max withdrawals and the customer service is non-existent and with attitude. All the previous reviews make perfect sense now.

Horrible experience every time I come in . These lady’s are rude and very dismissive. I almost always just end up walking out because of how uncomfortable I feel. I new it was a common issue after looking at all these reviews . Don’t suggest anyone going here . Extreme outbursts and inappropriate conversation was my experience at the bank this morning at 9:45 am.

The most terrible bank and the most terrible and unprofessional employees! Even one star is not enough for you. Never open a card in this bank!

Literally the worst BMO branch experience ever. Clerks are not welcoming at all, no greeting, no customer service, thery are very unprofessional.When I walked into the teller counter for a service, the lady sitting at the lower desk did not look at me at all and kept browsing her phone, even though she noticed me approaching. I greeted and asked her for a service, then she said Give me one sec"

I went here at 3pm to deposit a certified check from my lawyer from his trust account at a Canadian Bank.The manager was kind enough to take me next in line as the two ladies in the front were busy with other customers.I asked to deposit the certified check and she said I will not be verifying this today. To my understanding, all she had to do was call the other bank on the back of the check to verify the certified check.I asked her when she will be able to verify it and she responded with, “well now it will be on hold for 5 business days, or until I verify it.”I didn’t feel like she was there to help me, support me, or provided an experience I would want from my home bank.
