Lovely items, but the way customers are treated is appalling. You need an appointment and they will tell you that you’re lucky that they have one for you. Then they keep you waiting at the door to get in no matter what the weather. Too bad. So disappointing.

What's with this new by appointment only" policy? Went to buy some fabric and the door was locked. There was another lady trying to get in and she had no idea either. I definitely won't be making an appointment!? just to shop here

Beautiful store and wonderful staff. I was impressed with the quality of the flowers and stems, and how realistic they looked. The selection here is unreal. Perfect for weddings, events, home decor, whatever really. The staff were kind and courteous and very helpful to my mum and I as we looked for flowers to use for my wedding. Left very happy and with even more ideas for home decor for when I return! Admittedly, some of the prices are well beyond what I can ever afford, but that's to be expected for high end furniture and decor and if you look, you can find stuff that fits every budget. Will definitely visit again ❤️❤️❤️

Wife of Wayne - this used to be one of my favorite places to go. Have bought several items over the years. The last time I went I was followed around the 3 floors, they were trying to look like they were busy, but clearly watching that I didn't steal anything. I will never set foot in your store again let alone give you my hard earned money. Shameful.

On 3 occasions I have stopped in on whim over the past year with the intension of purchasing fabric. I thought their appointment only shopping was just due to Covid regulations but as it turns out they are still operating on an appointment only basis. I stopped by this past Saturday and the doors were locked, there was a lady behind me who had an appointment I started to walk away they opened for her and watched me walk away and made no effort to ask if I’d like to come in the store. Appalling customer service! Don’t waste your time or money shopping here, 90% of the store is filled with over priced goods all manufactured with cheap materials made in China!

Duing the pandemic guests are required to book an appointment. The staff was attentive and made themselves available when choosing items or answering questions as needed. I was surprised as to the lack of Christmas decor available. I purchased some red honey candles. They burned beautifully without any dripping. I found the store prices after 2 visits in the last 4 months to be quite expensive.

A once friendly, beautiful store that I’ve spent 10s of thousands at over the years. 5 posted signs at the front door and also throughout the store warning me that I’m under surveillance. A store clerk followed me around all three floors while I browsed. This is a first.

Going to Chintz used to be something to look forward to, but we have stopped trying to go there due to their new reservation policy. Seriously, we need an invitation to spend money there? Time for some welcoming competition I think.
