Superior Nails

I called to see if they had any time left for a pedicure - i did not have an appointment. The lady said if I were to come right away she could get me in! The service was friendly, clean and relaxing. Water was hot and the massage chairs were also great. Would go again :)

I feel awful leaving a bad review as a reoccurring customer of over 4 years :(The quality of the job no longer matches the constantly increasing price.For an acrylic REFILL (normal length, i reshaped the nails myself the day before my appointment, no designs and no accessories) I was charged 62$ total, and the job was unrecognizable compared to what my fills used to look like. The sides of my nails were being pushed back like crazy by the owners bare thumb nail, no gloves. Very unsanitary..I had polish left all over my skin around the nails, and it was not removed with acetone even after the top coat was put on (I shouldn’t have had to ask at the salon.. I ended up removing it at home) It’s been maybe 2 weeks and I have already had half my acrylic nail (where the acrylic blends) break off.I do love the salon and the employees were always very friendly to me! hopefully the quality can match the price again soon. Sadly won’t be returning, my wage does not increase as fast as these prices do unfortunately. In my opinion the fill I recently got was not sanitary and the quality didn’t match the price.*edit: I noticed the quality start to go downhill probably last year in September. I came to get gel polish on top of my natural nails, it was VERY expensive, and the polish started peeling off in about a week or so. I can do it myself, and the Amazon gel polish that I use lasts longer. I really don’t know what has happened to the salon over the past year but I hope that they figure out how to improve the quality to match the expensive prices

I’ll definitely be back here again soon! The place was quiet and clean. The staff were super friendly, and I loved all the plants and fish! They did an amazing job on my shillac manicure today :)

Fast and efficient! They make a great team. I got a full gel set and my friend a shellac we are both very happy with our nails. Will be back in the future.

I dont know how this place has such a high rating. I went today and received the worst pedicure of my life. Paid extra for bumpy horribly done shellac. The lady cut my toenails down to the point of no return (see photo) without asking. She then asked what type of shape I wanted.. I was thinking.. what is the point in even having a shape if there is no toenail left. I kept quiet because there was no point in complaining as this is not repairable. My friend and I both were rushed through the appointment and were there for no longer than MAYBE 20 minutes? They used dirty white towels to sit our feet on and none of their tools were sanitized. They wipe your feet down with multipurpose cleaning towels that would be used for a car wash. What a mess. I did not want to cause a scene- I just wanted to get OUT of there! Please refer to the photo attached for reference. Maybe it's because they were short on time? But we were on time for our appointment and they should not have taken us if they knew they did not have enough time to do a good job.. and there is no excuse for the lack of cleanliness. Will not be back here again.

Would not recommend here. I asked for medium almond and I got small. They’re crooked and I ended up paying 90$.

So disappointed with service here. Gel fill did not fill sides of nails, different length of nails and bubbles in the clear coat. Cost $5 extra for 1 nail tip. WOW!Glad I live in Winnipeg where price and service are much better.

It was my first time to the establishment. It was recommended by the girl doing my boudoir photo shoot to I got my feet and hands done. My toenails have never looked more beautiful and my fingers are lovely. The technician (Sunny I believe) was very friendly and quick. The Salon is very clean and well lit and he Sanitized all the tools in front of me before beginning. I will definitely be going back.

I've been going to Superior Nails for quite awhile. I always love my nails when they do them because they look so pretty. All of the staff are so kind and sweet. Highly recommend ❤️
