2 years with a completely dry basement!We had extreme amounts of water in our basement and the problem was getting worse. Total Foundation Soultions installed perimeter drainage on the interior of the basement. It has worked flawlessly for two years. This week we had an issue with the controller and Brian came out on short notice and repaired it a few days before Christmas, he made it a priority. Would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Brian and his crew did a great job at a very reasonable price. They put down large rubber mats to protect my lawn to repair a crack in my basement wall, after cleaning the wall they installed a thick rubber membrane down the wall and around the footer, then dimpled sheathing to let any water escape to drain tile. i could not be happier with the work Ron L

The entire experience from the beginning to the end was wonderful. Tom coming over to give me the quote, go into depth with the job and what I NEEDED to solve my issue was key. From setting up our free consultation with Heather in the office, to having Brian come out and giving us the quote, it was a very easy process. Travis and Matthew showed up on time each day and kept us informed of the progress of the waterproofing of our basement. They kept the noise and mess to as minimal as possible. I only wish we would have done it sooner!
