TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Rude teller. I greeted her hello and she pretended not to hear, had her head down and pretended to be busy. Bangs my stuff on the desk to return to me. Speaks with me with a stern and raised voice. All this for no reason. I complained about her and i do hope they address it. All the staff ive encounted were great other than this rude lady teller.

If there is 0 to give as review, I could have done it for mortgage rate cheaters. Mortgage guy waited las minutes after I got the house to tell me my mortgage rate changed. I trusted them and did not get written mortgage rate. Please get written documents of your mortgage rate before signing your home buying agreement. I had to call manager to advocate for me who ended up being the worst manager with no respect and lack of professionalism. He was so rude and told me to cancel or get whatever they gave me after me having no choice or time to go to different mortgage specialist.

I bought €900 euros from here a few months ago...one of the €200 ended up being fake as per couple banks in England but yet this branch acted like I didn't purchase it from them nor do they want to refund me. Their excuse is I should have checked while at the bank. Who checks if the money given to them by a bank is forged or not...

Experienced the worst customer service by the brown lady agent sitting on the far right side. She was rude and sounded like a robot. When depositing cheque she decided to hold it for 5 days with no apparent reason. She said the cheque needs to be consistent biweekly. I'm running a business, lady. I don't get biweekly cheque like an employee does. Literally told me to go-to the other brach to deposit without a hold. Unbelievable. People with that attitude should work at McDonald's. Center street crescent heights location is the place to go.

First, don’t bother responding with a a generic comment that you’ve referred my comment to the “appropriate team”.This branch is notorious for being understaffed causing long lines.Drive through ATM is always broken.When you book an appointment online they assume you won’t show up if they don’t speak to you in advance by phone. What’s the point of an appointment then! Then rush you out because they’re overbooked. Couldn’t complete my request. So unprofessional

This location is terrible. Holding a regular check for 11 days for my business, because it is slightly higher than checks that have been cleared. I run a business. All checks are not the same. TD does not want to keep business even with the current economic climate. Very disappointed. Have been with TD almost 20 yearsI was also told to go to another branch if I wanted it deposited like normal**Judy your response won’t help and it is mostly a canned response. I should have just taken my checks elsewhere. There is a very good reason your rating is so low. It seems to be the same story as mine on every review-you guys make up your own rules like the rest of Sunridge.

Always busy customers standing in lines , I came in twice on Wednesday, one in the morning and one in the afternoon and only two tellers are working for personal accounts and one teller for the business.I would tell to visit another branch as they are not finishing tasks quicklyThey have 9 cashiers windows, only three are working

Made substantial changes to household banking, it was pretty painless working with the advisor. However, ran out of time to have advisor adequately explain everything. Did not have time to read terms and conditions before signing for changes. Definitely felt pressured to 'keep it moving' as opposed to asking questions. Felt much time was wasted trying to convince me to move my investments from the institution where I hold them over to TD. Had to repeatedly decline.

Wow this is crazy location Jun 27 2023 2 people work in the front lots people line up just waste our time here we pay lots fee to got service l didn't got just waste our time here l hope fixing this problem.....
