The purpose of my review is to tell the truth as how I was treated and pushed away first by short minded , unexperienced , unhelpful , out of touch bank staff and his manager or bank manager No dignity, careless, unprofessional, unable to solve simple banking issues at last leave the bank knowing I was treated because of my name ,look ,skin colour, and race , I am not here to complain, I am here to tell the truth, just as I was not ready to be treated after 2 days of stress to get assistance from Scotia bank ,How I just walked in to the trap of such people, I am hoping someone or public will read my review so even though they are going to this branch to be ready to not fall into a trap and have their eyes, ears and mind truly open because they are selfish and they don’t care for you or your livelihood as they are only there to help themselves and only people that they believe they benefit from personally, as me I would not return to Scotia bank at any branch in the world as I am hurt to know we still have to work on teaching our families that there is still people out in our community that they only there to see us get hurt mentally, physically, and financially. Thank you and pls take care .

Would not recommend, they don't help when you need it and instead send you away, manager isn't managing properly, I would give this bank a negative 10 star review if I could, do your job..

Asked for help with my debt and instead of help i was told they'd be investigating shutting my credit cards off and taking my overdraft.. Way to kick someone when they're down.. Absolutely no help

Horrible experience at this location. I've been using Scotia Bank for 20 years and never had an issue till I went to this branch. This branch gave someone else a debit card to my bank account and gave me another customer's card. Fortunately I was not able to use their debit card but the other customer did use mine. This branch advised me I would have to contact the fraud department on the back of the card. This was not fraud, this was purely incompetence on the banks end.

Very negative experience. Ongoing issues for a year. My card never worked, my online banking never worked, could not e-transfer and the telephone help line would not help. The branch charged me an additional $25 fee too, in order to close an account opened in error.

Not recommend. Coming to open new banking account but employee is rude and unhelpful. Wasting my time !

Treated very poorly by a management positioned employee. My disabled nephew was treated like he was doing something wrong. He lost him mom two weeks ago and as executor of his moms Will and under the instruction of an a Scotia bank client representative he met with earlier, he was told he could pay utility bills from his moms home while it is listed for sale through his moms account. They took the payment today with a lot of head shaking and disapproval. This management person was very distrustful and would not talk to us nicely and would not answer my questions without being very impatient and rude . My nephew is not comfortable going there again. Extremely poor experience.

Always a bad experience at this bank they truly don't know what they are doing. I've never had issues with Scotia Bank until I went to this location. Staff is not very friendly.

I have been a customer at Scotia Bank for over 30 years. I have always been treated with the utmost of respect, in business and personal transactions. Recently, I visited the bank to get direction regarding various on line issues . I have dealt with an employee, Courtney M , who has so kindly... and patiently assisted me on three occasions. On my most recent visit , she once again got to the bottom of the problem and directed me from there. She even asked me to check back with her if the problem was not resolved. I was most impressed with her customer service skills and just wanted to praise someone instead of complaining.Have a great day ..

Always very professional and helpful. I have been to other banks, and I am very glad that I do business with Scotia Bank and specifically this branch.
