I went to service my espresso machine that i bought from amazon. While i never been to this place before and was only there to drop the machine, we ended up spending more than an hour talking about espresso machines and coffee with the owner. I found him to be knowledgeable and genuine. I can confidently say that buying through them wont give you second thoughts or doubts. I will happily return to this showroom, its very rare to find someone excited to share knowledge ans give you best advice like at Anthonys.

My wife and I are so impressed with the customer service at Anthony’s Espresso. We’ve had issues with our Saeco machine since we purchased it and Joe has been very helpful at every step of the way. He went above and beyond by reaching out to the manufacturer and found a solution to our problem. Thank you!

Just purchased a Saeco PicoBarista from Anthony's, after our seven year old machine finally crashed. Anthony's had repaired it previously but enough was enough. We are extremely happy with our Barista--does it make a fantastic cup of coffee! And while modestly complex, in the end it's intuitive and one can customize drinks and save the settings for exactly the type of coffee desired. A real plus. Joe spent the time to explain the different machines, and to learn how we used ours. He was extremely knowledgable and was very patient. We were pleased to buy from Anthony's, a store that cares about coffee, and understands the machines deeply. The prices were also very fair. I recommend Anthony's highly.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They're a bunch of scammers. Bought a $3,000 espresso machine 1.5 years ago, already had to have it serviced twice and neither of the repairs were covered under warranty. Just got my machine back and turned it on to find it still not working properly.Never coming back to this dump.

The service provided by Joe was so nice and caring. We had some challenges that originated from our limited understanding of the coffee machine functions. Joe assured us that whatever the issue might be, he is there for us and will not rest until we are happy. This store really provides outstanding service.

Joe at The Duffer location is very helpful. One of the most knowledgeable individuals in his field. Spent less money than we wanted and got a better machine because of his recommendation. Highly recommend using the Dufferin locations speaking to Joe and his family. Thanks for a great experience.

I visited today for the first time to get some info about beans for my machine, the guy that helped me was amazing, so friendly and very knowledgeable, was nice to learn more about my machine, that is my go to place for coffee from now on! Thanks

Bought a machine and grinder a few months ago. Happy with both and the person who delivered it was friendly. My issue is I bought it from here rather than a shop in Milton ( the Milton location was $100 cheaper at the time) because I was under the impression it came with extra items ( there was an image of the items on the product page) but apparently it didn't. I have a screenshot of said image. When I contacted them they were very understanding and said they would ship the items, followed up since they never did and I still don't have them.

I bought a new machine on March 14, 2019 because my old one came to an end. (had for 15 years). The service is exceptional and professional, Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Terrible customer service. They ignore you when you enter and then act as you are doing them a favour. It is not a one off. Every time I go, it’s the same reception. Not good
