I acknowledged this company from the Chinese newspaper, the advertisement mentioned they are expert to repair and replace the deck, the guy named Marco came to give me a quote, he is very smart man, he convinced and promised me to use top material and workmanship with warranty, so I hired this company to replace the vinyl deck. After one and half year, my newer" deck was leak and the plywood under the vinyl was rotted

No English, Mandarin and Cantonese only.Spoke to Mark about a vinyl deck repair. He said he'll get back to me in the evening, and never responded. I messaged him the next morning, no response.

Had 3 companies come quote on demolishing an old 20 sq ft landing/stairway/small roof (1960s home) and upgrade to 100 sq ft deck with fully covered awning and relocated stairway. 1st company quoted me more than half of what I paid with sundeck master and 2nd didn't even bother doing a formal quote after the visit but also verbally quoted more than half what I paid.Had Marco come out to do the demo/deck/vinyl and awning prep. He had a different team for the railings and awning. All was done in less than 2 weeks and all the contractors were efficient and left the area clean and tidy. Mind you they don't speak much English but once you give them the idea of what you want, they'll get it done nicely with reasonable prices and exceptional results.If you're interested in having long design discussions with your contractor similar to what you'd find at a home show, look elsewhere as these guys get to the point with a good straightforward/clean job without the project management" prices."

挺專業，就脾氣差了點

No show at agreed upon time. Gets angry at you for his own forgetfulness and poor planning when I called to ask if he was still planning to come by today. Save your time and effort by looking elsewhere.

Ok this person has now cost me so much $ in tire repairs he leave huge mess in all in north bby screws EVERYWHERE
