TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

It absolutely doesn’t make any sense that they closed the ATMs after working hours. Now, i have to pay $3-$4 to withdraw at the other bank across the street.Edit: My experience with everyone at this branch has been nothing but excellent! This has nothing to do with my experience with the staff.

I watched staff patiently and politely deal with 2 non english speaking customers at the 2 open tellers who both struggled to communicate. That's a challenge for any newcomers to our country and is frustrating for both parties. Made me proud to bank at TD to see the staff being calm, patient professional and kind, and they opened up another teller to help the growing line with zero negative feelings coming across. That's the Canadian way to do things and I'm glad the staff at this location are accepting and gracious and professional at all times. Kudos.

I'm very Sorry, but I've read a few of the comments on here and I have to say that I haven't had a problem in here , I also beleave that the complaints that the people have can't be all that bad and are realy just haveing a bad day them selves or one would think that they would do their banking somewhere else instead, not only that it might be coming from the head branch instead of herebeleave me I've had my Account hacked and I've seen and heard the worker's here , they are really cinser , they care for their customers because WE are their neighbors aswell, They are very prompted to detecte unusual activities and freeze your account but to get threw to the protection you might have to wait 4-5 days before you can access your account I just called from Wednesday to Saturday and finally got threw on Saturday afternoon @ 3:20 but I now have to wait untill Monday before I can do anything as I need to get a new debit visa . And then access my account. Thank You T.D.

This is the thrid time the new teller,s ,have made mistakes in the amount ,i want to pay on my phone bill. Then charged interest ,on a late payment, thinking of changing banks .

TD is the best bank in the world I am the authority and boss. Makes a mockery of easy banking. Can't even provide documentation of my investment accounts I have with them during a whole workday. Don't care if your taxes are due under large penalties for failure to provide such info. We are just customers to them, they do the minimum to help you, but the maximum to sell you. We are not clients and not even remotely treated as such.

[This review does not reflect my experience with the staff inside.]I find it very very frustrating that the ATMs are not accessible after hours or on closed days. As a person who relies on this downtown location, it is disappointing that I have to pay a fee at another bank to withdraw when I cannot use my own that is steps away. Surely we can follow the lead of others and make the ATMs accessible for all clients and their schedules?

Im really not impressed that when I moved back to Kingston, I went to the branch to withdraw cash, and found that the ATM's were closed.They are only open during regular hours. Considering switching banks because I dont drive and it is very inconvenient for me.

Manager here needs to learn a thing or two about manners and human kindness. Especially in hard times such as these. She turned us away TWICE, it's like they don't even want business, which we will now take elsewhere. We have such a sour taste in our mouth we would never go back to TD, and will be happy to tell the awful story to others.

Half the time i go there , the staff that are new to canada i cant understand them or they dont know what there doing they have to get the manager to always do it , i see the banks wasting money paying peple that dont get the job lol, and most of the time the older foks stand there and have full on convertaions with the tellers when others are in line waiting to do there fast visits need to go to work , so i thing i may change banks
