Oct 2018We were extremely pleased with Under the Table service. We had researched other companies in Ottawa and chose this one.We bought a second hand pool table. Jay, the manager and his co-worker, Corban dismantled the table, moved it to our home where they re-assembled it. They were punctual and efficient. Jay was very patient, knowledgeable and professional with the move, all our concerns and questions from when we initially contacted him and throughout the whole process. Also, the cost was very reasonable.This was the best experience we have had dealing with service people.We highly recommend Under the Table. I've been using this company for the last 8 years and never had a problem. 1st time was when I needed a table moved and installed in my unfinished basement. The cement floor was horribly uneven. Jay was able to level the table which always played true. 2nd time was about 2 years after when I got my banks re-done. Once again, had no issues and installed them promptly. The 3rd time was when I finished my basement and needed the table reassembled with new predator cloth. Showed up on time and cranked it out efficiently. Super nice guy and knows his stuff. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my table.

These guys are awesome! Jay gave us some great advice on a used table we were looking at on Kijiji which allowed us to close the deal. They moved it from the seller's residence to ours and within an hour of arriving they had the table all set up and ready to go at our place. Truly exceptional service. Thanks Jay! Very efficient service. We bought a used table through a private sale, and Under the Table disassembled it, moved it and reassembled it in a very short time. More than that, the team was friendly and professional throughout. The added value was all the tips and tricks they gave us on pool tables while they worked, and answering our many questions in a friendly manner. I would hire Under The Table again.

When we found ourselves wanting to sell our Brunswick slate pool table many were hesitant to buy because of course it would need to be professionally moved. So I did my homework and found a firm that could do the job offering my buyer assurance that their new acquisition would be treated with care. That did the trick and we found a buyer. Under The Table came and carefully disassembled our table and relocated it for our buyers. Everyone came away happy. A good and professional crew.

Awesome experience with this move. From disassemble in Stittsville to reassembled and ready to go in Lindsay in under 6 hours with a 4 hour drive in between. Guys did a great job and were very accomodating. Would definitely hire again if needed.

GREAT EXPERIENCE Would recommend this company to all my friends. We booked an appointment and bought a pool table from Jay. He was very polite and super knowledgeable about the product. We love the fact that the pool tables at UTT Billiards are made in Canada. Corbin and Donavan did an amazing job on setting the pool table up looks amazing and plays great.

We love our new pool table that we bought at the showroom in Winchester. Jay the lad who sold us the table was very knowledgeable and nice. We love the fact that these tables are made in Canada and you can’t beat the price.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. THEY Installed the table crooked, two pieces of wood fell the first night we played, spoke with the guy on March 2nd on the phone, he told me it's covered and then no more replying to my emails. Today is May23rd, two months and three weeks after the install. Paid 500, still cannot play. Steer clear, go with the 200bucks guy from kijiji, it's a better deal and better quality.

Under the Table took down, moved and reassembled a pool table we bought privately. They were very professional, took very good care of the pieces, and reassembled the table quickly and efficiently. They also offered some tips on caring for it and what to watch for as it ages. Many thanks to them for such a great moving experience. James the owner was also very helpful and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this business.
