Gatineau Martial Arts Kung-Fu Mma

I started training at Patenaude martial art4 years ago. I have never been so in shape all my life. Instructors are highly qualified and passionate. From World champion fighting,  professional fighting, self defence or just getting into great shape altogether, and even losing weight. Patenaude is the best place to go.

I've been training with the Patenaude family for a few years now and my experience has been wonderful. They are motivating, kind, patient with all levels of learning and all around incredible teachers. I've grown physically and mentally as a direct result of training with them. 10/10

This is an awesome school! I've been training here for 2.5 years. Instructors are Highly qualified and passionate. The Kung fu classes offer self defence methods that apply to real life situations. Best place to get in shape while learning to defend yourself and have a blast doing it!

I started coming to this gym with my father almost three years ago now, an amazing variety of classes are available to suit anyone's needs, from self defence to professional fighting to getting in general shape.In short amazing down to earth instructors, respectful students and much more are available in this school.

I have trained in a variety of martial art gyms and can say that the experience at Patenaude is one of my favorites. The coach has a hands on approach I have not seen any where else. The encouragement he gives to all students and how he puches us to become better and achieve the results that we are looking for. Many of the gyms I trained at where centered on trying to have the students on a long term basis for money purposes but at Patenaude we do not have that feeling at all, we trully feel like we are here to learn how to do martial arts as it should! Definetly recommend to individuals who want to get in the ring, who want to live the real experience with real knowledge, in a friendly environement, with real professionals! A++

Amazing instructor Sifu Pat has tought my kids and myself which only wanted us coming back for more. Patience kindness discipline teaching us our limits our endless. Can't thank him enough looking forward to what i can learn tomorrow highly recommend this school u won't be disappointed

Almost 9 years that I started trained there and this is without any doubts that this the best martial arts gym in the Ottawa area. There is self defense kung-fu and MMA class and a very strong fight team. So you will find so ething that will suit your needs...stress management, fitness, self confidence, respect... etc
