Horrible experience, visited Sylvan for long weekend and on our way out we wanted breakfast. Upon entrance it didn’t feel welcoming. When sat down it took us 30mins for us to get our orders taken, then after that it took 30mins to get our food, plus on top of that they forgot half of our orders. Once realized they rang in our food and it took 20mins for that, also when they gave us our forgotten orders mine was forgotten. Then after being feed up we asked for our bills and the server gave them to us and left us to do all of the work, luckily our friend is a server and knew what to do but nonetheless we didn’t like being treated so poorly and won’t be returning again! :( :(

If you haven't tried roundabout, do yourself a favor and get there! This hidden gem is absolutely amazing. The menu is so extensive and the food is homemade and fresh. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Try the dry ribs in Greek sauce. Amazing. I have it at least twice in any trip to Sylvan Lake. Also great spot for early breakie…as everywhere else opens at 11am.

We came during the Yuletide festival so they were busier than usual. They said that they weren’t prepared for the amount of people at the time. It took quite a while for menus and drinks to be brought to our table. It took an hour for our meals to be brought to us. At one point the server stopped by the table to tell us that our meals were fancier and took longer to prep. The presentation looked great. The risotto was very garlicky with little other flavour and the rice pilaf was quite bland. The short rib and chicken Neptune tasted very good. The server seemed to avoid making eye contact with us even once the restaurant had cleared quite a bit. Our water was not refilled until we asked. We eventually had to ask for a take home container and bill and never got mints at the end.

Really welcoming, clean and friendly. Lots of different foods to choose from. The plates are big portions and in a homemade style. Definitely not a place to miss

Always hot and fresh! Food is so yummy! Great prices considering what you get at a fast food place for the same prices. I'd order everyday just to have someone cook for me.

Someone recommended this place to us and it didn’t disappoint. I had the Blackened Chicken with peach salsa and fries and hubby had the Bacon/cheese Burger and fries. Both were very good and we order them again but next will be to try some of the other items in their menu. They all sound so good.

We always enjoy our dining experience at the Roundabout Eatery. The staff are very friendly and the menu has something for everyone. The portion sizes are very healthy (big) to say the least. You definitely get your $'s worth. The only thing I wish was that the kitchen was a little faster. However, it's worth the wait when it does arrive. I would recommend this restaurant and will continue to dine there.
