He was price conscientious and communticated clearly a couple of issues of which he charged fairly to address. All of which would save me from a costly future. I had talked or left messages for others, many didn't bother even returning while others had no interest as it wasn't a big enough project.I am grateful to Scott for his kindness and abilities.
