BMO HILLCREST MALL.The staff is 100% Professional, treats you with professionalism and knows how to help you with any issues you may have.Whether you need help from the bank manager, tellers, or financial advisors, etc... this branch has you covered.My extended compliments to all the staff.... Norma, Karen, Golnar, Olga, Dameshi, Katerina... etc. And to the retired staff before them.Thank you for over 45 years of excellence.Love you all!Keep up the great work! All banks should be as kind as you all and give the service you all do!

I am truly impressed with service and customer orientation with one of the best employee at BMO Hillcrest mall. Mrs Golnar, she gave me very clear explanation and professional advice to handle my banking needs , so let me convey my appreciation to Golnar which she went above and beyond to help me .

I was at the branch and was very impressed with the service. Customer Service Rep, Galiba Abdullayeva was very patiently answering all my questions. Being a senior I'm slow in explaining and understanding. Not once did she make me feel that I was taking too much of her time.My Card was not working, she issued a new card, did all the paperwork and all with a friendly smile.In the past also the service has been good when I visit for updates etc.Thanks Galiba for your great service.

Be prepared for nothing more than a negative experience at this branch where your time waiting as a customer is not at all cared about by the inadequate and understaffed personnel. How utterly insulting it is to wait in a long line and watch staff chat with each other with total abandon for their customers’ experience. They have totally earned the overwhelming low review score and in actuality, the true experience is lower than what is reflected since zero stars is not an option. BOM Head Office - Does this not bother you at all ? The teller did not even respond when I raised my concern. My guess is, she is numb from hearing it all day.

I came here to open a checking and savings account and the staff that served me here was Davis Chung . He is very pleasant , very detailed and very professional in his dealing with me . I highly recommend this branch for anyone who wants to open a new bank account or to do any mutual funds . Thank you Davis!

Unprofessional and rude. I guess everyone can work at the bank with 0 education and professionalism!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had to get. Anew debit card today and had the worst experience.I provided two pieces of ID, phone number, work location, recent transactions as well as where I opened my account.Instead she quizzes me on why my drivers license has an out of town city (still Ontario). Then takes the phone and secretly tries to call me, without notifying me which I have never in my life seen someone do. When I asked if she is calling me as my phone is ringing, she says yes It’s to verify me. What was the goal here? To see if my phone rings? What if it was in the car?Then she gives me my debit card, and tells me she has to see me sign it. Would not let me update my pin without me signing it lol. We got into a slight argument, and I said this isn’t my first time that I lost my card. And she actually says yes you lost it on -insert date- as if to shame me.This doesn’t end here. I asked for my ID back TWICE. Instead of providing me with it, she proceeds to lecture me on the expiry of my drivers license. I am fully aware of this, and for my personal reasons I do not need to disclose why I am waiting to renew it (in line with government updates). However she is not giving me my ID back, instead is now discussing information that has nothing to do with her.I have never in the 10 years I’ve been banking with BMO gone through that. If you wanna feel like a criminal, please go to this location.

Not helpful. The girl who helped me seemed very new and not familiar with the system, she was slow and her manager wish her to be quicker, so they kind of pushed me to leave without my problem was solved. The entire experience was awful. The online banking was not helpful and it should be a simple task that I can just do it myself on online banking. Instead, I had to waste my own time to come here, line up, and explain my needs to the girl, and she’s slow and reluctant to help, which also made me late for my next appointment

If I could give a zero star review I would. This is the worse BMO branch there is. Vast majority of the time there is only 2 people working which means you are waiting in line for what feels like ages. They never answer you questions or want to help.

I love this branch and all the workers in it. I have been using BMO for over 45 years at Hillcrest Mall.The team there has always treated me with respect, and with professionalism. They make me feel welcome with every visit. They all know me by my name and greet me as I walk in. They take the time to help you in any manner needed and make suggestions to improve your portfolio.Norma, Karen, Golnar, Olga, Katerina and the list goes on.... are the BEST hands down. They don't just treat you as a customer, they make you apart of the BMO Family.It means a lot to me that a branch knows who you are... and doesn't give you a hassle like some other branch that I also go to that doesn't know me after 45 years also.... shame on you TD.Give this branch a shot... I'm sure you'll love the BMO Hillcrest Mall Team!
