Went in after a previous repair by another store completely failed and had checked the Apple store, as well as another mobile repair within the same mall. Chana was so knowledgeable and honest, she took the time to understand what happened, showed me what went wrong with the previous repair at the other place and when things could not be repaired back to 100% she was open and honest about it and gave me my options, and really accommodated. Love that they have a really great warrant and great knowledgeable and honest staff. I would definitely recommend Chana and her team.

Chana (manager) was great. The charging port on my phone wasn’t working and a he advised me of the risk of having it replaced. Instead she gave it a thorough cleaning which resulted in it working but it didn’t work reliably at home. She did warn me of this and recommended a wireless charger which worked great. Fantastic service!

We went in looking for a pre-owned iPhone and Chana welcomed us and offered her assistance. We had a moderate budget but I was surprised at how many options they had available. She explained the main differences to us and was very polite, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a pre-owned but great value phone. I will definitely come back to upgrade the rest of my families' phones.

Since my phone is badly damage, decided not to have it fixed. But, would definitely come back in the future if needed. Really appreciate for the time and effort!

Very friendly service, definitely recommend.My phone had a huge chunk of dead pixel on the screen. Went in to get a quote for the warranty. They gave me a quote with everything no hassle. Came back later after the approval to get it fixed.The staff was very thorough with the process. Giang explained what needs to be done and kept me updated with any delays. Thanks Giang, Albin and China for the team effort. Used the phone for a couple days and everything is great!
