Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Tricky place and weird customer service. I booked a 7 seater car 2 months before the date. When I arrived, the car was extremely dirty, and a light indicated that there was a problem with one of the tires on the dashboard. When I say I can't take the car in this condition, they said bluntly that the car was perfect, and the only thing they could do was to give a 5 seater car - for the same price of course.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Very bad experience with the car rental. Car was not adequately verified, missing a screw in one of the wheels leading to a pulverized tire in the US on the highway while going to Miami. No help from Enterprise, stuck in the middle of no where. had to call CAA. I will not recommend Enterprise because they put the life of my family in jeopardy.

Really good experience! We had a very nice car (Honda CR-V) for our little trip to New York and Quebec City. The staff there was very friendly and helpful !! I do recommend them if you plan to rent a car.

Honestly the service at this specific branch is amazing. I was pleasantly impressed at the professionalism & the customer service. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. They answered all my questions.Everyone I interacted with was happy to help me. They actually went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly. For the service alone I'd give to branch a 10/10. I'll definitely be back.

The owner or manager is a nice guy helped me lots. However my last 2 cars I've been not happy. Plus I never got a car I requested for the 3weeks, I got a different car and not very clean

Horrible experience. My car dealer gave me an enterprise car from this branch while my car was being serviced. I brought the car back to the dealer when my car was finished and everything was ok. A day later enterprise calls me and says they found significant damage to the car. Avoid this company like the plague! They try to pin damage they cause on you! I never caused damage to the vehicle. Be careful!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Car had multiple problems, nothing was verified before rental was given. The back seat was full of dog hair and when I pointed it out, he told me to go get it cleaned and bring them back the receipt and they'll refund me. I returned the following day realized air was leaking out of the tire valve, they said they didn't have a replacement car and told me to keep this car for now and they will call me when they get another car but never called me back and I had to manage with this one. Horrible customer service and car maintenance. Never again.
