Physical ice and boards renovation was done well. It's a little too bright in there. The stands aren't as good because you sit too low. Should have put them up higher as they were previously.The major issue in this building was never the ice and stands though. The major issue was always the dressing rooms and common areas. I'm not sure what genius thought it was best to spend the money on the rink side, but if they had asked the people who use it, they would have said spend the money on those areas instead.The common area is far too small and is crazy crowded before and after games. The dressing rooms are tiny. Even little kid teams don't fit in them. Also, they don't have showers, which makes them unusable by adult teams.

A fun play space for children.

Very good ice surface, newer seats in the stands too. Location is easy, couple blocks off baseline/101 ave.

She's an old barn. Issues with the cooling system? Ice seemed soft.

Very clean. Security was great. Looks like it had renovations not too long ago. 4 change rooms and the ice looked perfect.

The arena attendant working today at 1:30 was really pleasant, polite, and happy. Thank you to her for brightening everyone's day at the rink.

I came here for the public skate times which I believe is an excellent program offered by the Ciy of Edmonton! Skating was a very pleasurable experience as the arena was not saturated with other skaters as is found at times at other popular arenas. Over the duration of the hour, the amount of degradation in the ice was small, and I was able to keep control of my skates throughout the whole hour which is not possible at other more widely used arenas. I will definately come back to this location if hey offer the public skate again!

Liked the ice don't have any complaints there and the arena was kept clean but dressing rooms are very small, fitting in a team is very hard and has no showers. Parking lot had enough spots for the teams on the ice and for the teams in the game after but could get crowded for kids games when family want to come.

Small change rooms, but good ice. Newer stands and good heat.

It is a nice old arena. The dressing rooms are very cramped. The viewing stands are placed in poor viewing positions. Penalty/time keeper boxes are very small. However, I think this may have been an outdoor rink at one point and they have done the best with what they had. If you want a really good view of the game, go past the ends of the bleachers and stand in the corners.
