Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful customer service! Not only did Dean help make it easy to find the music I wanted, but also was very helpful in finding forgotten gems and suggesting new music like a real life ‘suggested for you’ section. He also transparent on sound quality of any of the choices I questioned and was easy to make an informed choice on if I wanted to buy each selection. Great background playlist in the store too :)

Had a great experience here, I'm from Ontario and The store manager/owner Dean was super nice, helped me look for what I needed. Super nice, super efficient. I fly back today and he went out of his way to wish me a safe travel and offered a different location to find anything else I needed back in my area. Fantastic service Dean thank you for the awesome record and great meeting and memories.

I traveled up from Moncton and went in with my brother to pick up movies (I didn’t get the guys name at the counter) but he was helpful and recommended a lot of great titles! Best customer service and a great salesman! I will be going back frequently

My mother was looking for Eric Clapton items, and I, for 90s alternative. We had the MOST HELPFUL person, Dean, look after us while we were in the store! He asked us what we were looking for and went out of his way to bring us items from different areas of the store that we may not have thought to look at. I can’t put into words just how great of a customer experience it was for us and left us with a huge smile on our face heading back home. My mother is super excited to play her Clapton vinyl. Thank you, Dean!

The store manager Dean is by far the most outgoing person I’ve met to this date. Always have the best customer experience with him and love the atmosphere he creates. He goes out of his way to make sure that every customer leaves with a smile and is willing to go above and beyond to do so. If you’re looking for a music experience like no other, this is the place to be!

While I was looking for new vinyl albums at the Saint John McAllister Place Mall, the store manager Dean provided some great conversation and recommendation. Being an audiophile, the quality of well recorded vinyl albums is important. Dean clearly understands what buyers, like myself, are looking for and provides great recommendation based on the stocked inventory in the store. After an hour or so conversation, I left the store with a purchase of 14 great new vinyl albums to add to my collection. Thanks Dean!

I just want to say that Dean at the Saint John location is what keeps me coming back. He is absolutely amazing at treating customers well and ensuring they find what they are looking for and you will leave feeling great about your purchase as well as having awesome recommendations for the next visit. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows that store inside and out. I feel welcomed when entering the store not only by Dean but all the staff there. Keep doing what you are doing Dean as it’s what we need more of in this world.

I had such an AMAZING experience at the McCallister Sunrise location! The store manager really went above and BEYOND; he took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and helped me pick out the perfect gift! I came in moments before closing time and he encouraged me to take my time so I could fully enjoy my experience! He was super knowledgeable about all of the products. Aside from the exceptional and personalized customer service, this location has some super unique stuff that I haven't seen anywhere else - it is by far my favorite Sunrise store, and I've been to them all!! Worth the trip! THANK YOU!!

The new Manager here is quite possibly the most helpful/ friendliest person I have ever come across while out on my shopping adventures. He is always happy to see you and wants to help you find anything that you are looking for. I just called to ask a question about a record and he looked for me while I was on the phone and was extremely pleasant and helpful once again. 5 stars for you Dean!! Keep up the good work!
