I absolutely love this Pharmacy. Anytime I need specific medication they always have it available. The customer service is always excellent and Simon is always so friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this pharmacy.

I switched to Beta Pharmacy almost 3 months ago due to my previous pharmacy causing me more of a headache than anything -I was sick of not only being treated poorly and insulted, but I constantly felt disrespected by some of the staff they had working weekends. When i was discussing my situation with 2 good friends, they told me to check out Beta and the next morning I went to my doctor to get everything switched over, which was quick and painless - I think i even got my medications delivered later on in the day - early afternoon, rather than having to wait until the next morning.I am grateful for all of the staff that come drop off meds, every single person I have had come so far has been super respectful, and patient with me during the days I sleep through so much noise, thankfully my boyfriend hears them all the time, and he gets me up - as quick as he can, which is not the easiest LOL but I appreciate that you all wait for me it means alot to me. I look forward to seeing all of you in the new year!

I’ve been getting my flu shots at Beta Pharmacy for the last 4-5 years. The team is very professional and the pharmacy is very clean. Face mask and hand sanitizer are provided. Highly recommended.

They were both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making my visit a truly pleasant experience. Really great service! I ordered my iron supplements and didn't realise they would personally deliver them to my door the same day! I was expecting them to be mailed to me like other pharmacies have in the past. Really appreciate their great customer service and will be using them again :)

I used this pharmacy to order a medication I could not find locally. While they supplied the medication, there was a considerable lack of help when it came to shipping and it was not handled in a timely manner. When I tried to address the issue to see if we could find a solution the staff member I talked to berated me on the phone and was completely inappropriate. The situation could have been handled better with a simple phone call letting me know my shipping options (which are not visible on the online order form). Honestly would not have taken time to write a poor review but being yelled at on the phone was upsetting and I feel like people might like to know this info before considering using this pharmacy.
