Patchwork Art Studio

I got my first tattoo from Armony and they did SUCH a beautiful job!! They did an amazing job of making sure I felt comfortable during the appointment and the end result looks so, so good :)

My husband and I got matching pieces done by Meg (@whimsicalwalnut). I love the tattoos (mine and his) so much and Meg was an absolute treat: kind, patient, and very professional… all around lovely human and very talented artist! I hope to get tattooed by her again!! Because we were getting matching art, we went to the studio together in the morning and I worked from their sofa until it was my turn. Great place to send the day working from “home,” and even better place to get tattooed :) Thank you, Meg.

Patchwork is a really chill place. My artist is Bronson, and he is the best! I've seen some of the other artists and they also look amazing. Definitely recommend checking out the profiles.

I’ve had a number of sessions over the past year at Patchwork with Armony, who is such an incredible artist and lovely person! They are clearly passionate about their work and are a professional through and through. I most recently completed a patchwork sleeve with them, and they made sure every placement worked with not only the designs, but the shape and movement of my arm. Armony is also wonderful to talk with, and made me feel consistently at ease. The other artists in the space are equally as friendly, and the energy in the studio is welcoming and unpretentious. The space itself is eclectic and fun, with additional art pieces and accessories for sale (prints, patches, even crocheted plants!). Always a great experience here.

What a lovely appointment. The studio is gorgeous, light-filled, and full of art and plants--real and crocheted--and Edgar was so kind and welcoming. After working with him on the design and placement, he could run a master class on design collaboration--all of his guidance was excellent, but he was never closed off from feedback or questions. I trusted his expertise completely and my trust was not misplaced! Highly recommend!

This was my first time at the studio and Armony made my experience so enjoyable. Not only are they an AMAZING artist, but the amount of detail and effort that goes into their work is incredible. I can’t wait to come back to finish the project we started!

I received a tattoo from Armony (Hello_Wasp) at Patchwork Studio in June of this year. I was completely blown away by the shop and the incredible service provided by Armony. The studio itself made me feel safe and comfortable - it was very clean and organized. Armony was so friendly and flexible with my design, alongside being quite compassionate and attentive throughout the process. I enjoyed getting to know Armony as we chatted through the tattoo and appreciated the detailed aftercare instructions that were provided. Armony is wonderful and I certainly hope to come back for another tattoo from them in the future!

This was my first time at the studio and it was extremely welcoming and exuded great vibes. The directions for how to find it in Gastown to being greeted so warmly made the experience that much better. I had a session booked with Ashley to do some filler on an existing half sleeve and I can’t rave enough about it. Beautiful line work and shading for a piece I’m honoured to have. The energy in the studio was so positive and light with everyone in there and having a fur baby around didn’t hurt either. I highly recommend booking with Ashley and enjoying the Patchwork experience for yourself.

Armony is an incredible artist, and I'm in love with the flash piece they did for me. The studio is also wonderful, a very positive and safe space. All the artists create an ideal studio for comfort, will absolutely return.
