Spa Sedona

I went for the double peel along with scalp massage and their eye treatment. The common area is clean and very tranquil to relax until my treatment started. Sarah was incredible and was the best 1.5 hours I have had. My face feels amazing and it looks wonderful! I can’t wait to book by my next spoil myself day!

My daughter and I had a lovely and relaxing afternoon at Spa Sedona. Very calming atmosphere and friendly staff. Our pedicures were fabulous!!

I’m not very impressed, but let’s start with the positives...the people who worked there were nice and the space was nice. The price for what I received was not. $55 for pedicure and $35 for a manicure. I got a clear coat on my pedicure so clearly it’s lasted the few hours since I’ve been home, but my manicure lasted one hour before a chunk was missing. With zero drying time between coats I am not surprised. Maybe in the times when they used the machines to dry nails, but you can’t blaze through coat after coat without allowing for even a second of drying time. My mother has to get hers redone while at the spa because of this issue and all she did was take off her socks. Money asides, it’s the 80 minutes of time wasted and now I have a large noticeable chunk missing from my left index finger and left ring finger the nail polish pushed back from the edge of the nails. I couldn’t even say how it happened since I didn’t do anything when I got home. They might argue it was the fact this colour needed three coats, but this colour was recommended and by the second coat I could still see my nail-bed so maybe this colour shouldn’t be used for this (as I later found out they also use it for French nails). The rest of the nails are already showing signs of wear, but nothing like these two. Asides from the manicure, there was certainly nothing to write home about for the pedicure. They barely did anything to our feet and I can still see problem areas that should have been addressed. Despite being referred here I don’t think I’ll be back and to be honest I’m a little disappointed that this was my Christmas gift from last year. Bring your own dryer if you decide to go.

I visited Spa Sedona for a massage with Martina and despite the negative reviews on Google had a very pleasant experience. The facility is clean and comfortable, with lockers, robes and slippers, and showers. The relaxation area where I waited for my therapist was welcoming and very comfortable, and a complete surprise as I wasn't expecting such a nice space in a small business like Spa Sedona. The loud talking and laughing coming from what I presumed was the staff lounge wasn't appreciated in what should be a quiet space, but once they started providing treatments things quieted down. Martina provided a very relaxing massage and followed my lead when it came to conversation.Although you can get massages for less money elsewhere, the atmosphere at Spa Sedona is very appealing and I have already scheduled my next visit. Keep up the great work!

You would never know from the outside what an amazing spa awaits inside. I live the physic and spa treatment days. But the mineral cosmetics I live along with the many spa treatments. The costume jewelry and accessories are a must brows too!

This is the only spa during covid that required a vaccine passport even though it wasn’t set out in the provincial reopening guidelines or lockdown requirements. It was their choice to discriminate against customers while refusing to disclose the vaccination status of their employees at the same time.. Extremely hypocritical considering this was all their choice & not mandated by the government. Stay away at all costs, after looking through the reviews you’ll see if you have any type of bad experience, the owner will just attack you rather than try to fix the situation. My mom used to come once a month for close to 8 years, not sure if it was a change in management or if they just don’t care anymore but this place has really fallen off. Don’t expect anything from Spa Sedona, would not recommend.

I’ve been a client of Spa Sedona for several years, mainly for massage therapy, but have also had the pleasure of experiencing their spa treatments as well as aesthetic services. The atmosphere is extremely tranquil and the decor is warm and inviting. I would HIGHLY recommend Terry if you’re looking for an experienced RMT. He truly has magical hands and is worth every penny (even without benefits/coverage). His bedside manner is superb and he always answers my questions with ease in a way that makes sense. I hope he is recognized for his work and I look forward to seeing him again in a few weeks.

I love coming here. It is so calm and relaxing. Their services are wonderful. I highly recommend this spa to anyone needing a little TLC.
