Enterprise Rent-A-Car
They are very nice, better than the maple ridge enterprise. However, if you reserve a car online, make sure to call on the day of or the week of to confirm they have the type of car you are reserving, as they don't guarantee they have the car you reserved on site.

Samreen, Dante and everyone I dealt with at this particular branch was amazing! They went above and beyond to help me after finding out that ICBC was trying to screw me. Their customer service is impeccable. If anyone is looking for somewhere to rent a vehicle in the lower mainland I HIGHLY recommend this location. Thanks guys!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Had to rent a car while my truck was being repaired. Dante and Adarsh helped put me in something efficient because the duration of the repair was unknown. After I left I called back to see if they can put me in something bigger so I can still attend to my other side business. Dante was more then enthusiastic about helping me find something more suitable. So I got a call back saying he would have something for me the sameday. Overall very positive experience. Excellent costumer service at this location. Big thanks to Dante and Adarsh for being so helpful and friendly. Unbelievable costumer service

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Had a great experience, I arrived shortly after 5:00 November 22 and they were closing. I was getting my car fixed next door and had to get my stuff out of the rental car into my car. They said they will wait while I went to get my car. It was so easy returning the car and all the staff were extremely nice and courteous. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Thank you so much

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He told me about the extra insurance options and stayed quiet, gave me space to decide without interrupting with suggestions (like in some other places). I was hoping for a smaller car, since my car was small and he asked me if I would like a similar car to mine, without me having to ask that. I forgot to refill the gas before returning and I expected a charge on my credit card but they gave me a call to politely explain how much of a charge it would be and why. I appreciated that.

The service I got from this Enterprise location ( especially Dante) was amazing! Not only did they come pick me up and bring me to the location but they answered every question and helped with all interactions with ICBC. If I ever need to rent a car again I will definitely go back!

Friendly and responsive customer service, however it's important to note that if you book a car online with them, call to confirm they have it available as customer service at this location told us that the available cars listed on the website does not reflect what they have in stock. I was able to book a car online, but was called 20 minutes later to tell me they had nothing available.

It was fine/average. The low review is due to them not sending the receipt post rental to my email. I am now sitting here on a Saturday morning on hold to talk to somebody.

The entire team was very professional, friendly, helpful and kind. Sorry I forgot your names but I want to personally thank three people, one able to speak Hindi, second one able to speak bahasa Indonesia and third able to speak Mandarin. By far the best car rental office I have ever visited. It's an asset to have such a great team. All the best and good luck!
