I was very impressed with my recent experience as a patient at this clinic. With a nursing background and long career history in senior management i can attest to the professional caring approach i experienced though this process. From wonderful nursing care to a great team of physicians - anesthesiologist and Dr Marshall - i felt respected and confident i was in good hands as well as informed pre and post procedure. A very professional clinic. Thank you.

I needed to undergo a procedure and a referral was made to this clinic. I was called within a few days to make the appointment and go over the details and preparation. I had several questions and even called back to ask a few more. The receptlonists' were very polite, patient and professional in answering all my questions and relieving some of my trepidation about the procedure, as I had heard stories from others about the preparation and the procedure itself.I followed all the preparation instructions and it was not nearly as bad as I thought.When I arrived on appointment day, I got to meet in person the people I spoke to over the phone. They were just as courteous and made me feel at ease. Once it was time for me to enter the facility, the nurse also was very professional and nice, explaining what was going to happen and the preparation which made me feel very comfortable.And the procedure itself was quick, virtually painless and I don't remember it at all as I was well sedated. The doctor herself spoke to me before and after the procedure, taking her time to explain that all went well. She was excellent in her communication and conducting the procedure.Overall it was a much better and virtually pain-free experience then I was expecting, thanks to the professionalism of the entire staff at this clinic. I would highly recommend this clinic and would most certainly return if I ever required their particular health care services again.On a side note, I overheard another patient say how grateful she was that the entire staff here are female, including the receptionists, nurses, doctor, and anesthesiologist. It made this patient feel much more comfortable. As a male, I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff, regardless of gender, and really did not give this much consideration. However, I wanted to share this bit of information if it has any relevance to others for their consideration.

I haven't enough words of praise for this clinic; clean and comfortable with an amazing, kind staff! DR STEPHEN is a wonderful, empathetic man/doctor. I called with concerns and he returned my call quickly not only was he very patient and understanding, he showed great concern with my issues.Great thanks to all the staff <3

Called me to come pick up a patient, had to wait half an hour, won't validate parking and had to pay 4 dollars just to pick someone up. Greedy !

My husband had an Endoscopy here and was impressed with their professionalism and warm attention he had from the stuff (Karen, Kayleen, Anesthesiologist (sorry, he forgot his name) and of course Dr. Marshall who made a procedure).Thank you for your great job!

The people are professionals but still kind and considerate. They take care of the patients needs both physical and mental.I was impressed with the professional treatment my family has received with this well equipped, modern, and state of the art facility. It is like a little hospital on the second floor.

The clinic is beautiful & well run. I love that it's an all female staff there & that made my visit that much more comfortable. I had an endoscopy & the experience was so good (fast referral, open availability,no wait list, & amazing staff) now that I need a colonostomy I personally requested this location.I would have given 5 stars but I've been waiting for almost 2 months to hear anything & I'm not sure who's fault that is, esp since the matter is quite urgent. May edit later...

This place was great and Katlin the admin nurse is excellent! She really goes over and beyond and does a great job and makes the whole experience easy! Dr K very knowledgeable and takes the time to understand! 3rd time here and it’s the best!

I was so worried about getting my endoscopy but, the staff there was so wonderful and kind they made me feel so good.I would go there again very caring doctors and nurses there. Thank you for making me feel better cause I was in a panic when i went in
